Been here so many times. The staffs are very friendly and nice! They even know how to custom my meal to make it less expensive for me without me asking or acknowledging the hack.
One thing that I don't like is it has the typical smell from the homeless. No offense to homelessness. It's just unpleasant to smell it every time I come to enjoy a burger or a cup of coffee here.
Avoid rush hour because it can get ugly.

Food was McDonalds. He at getting inside the restaurant to order was touch with beggars outside waiting for food. Though once I got in, it was McDonald’s egg McMuffin meal with coffee and extra OJ, pancake meal for Mom, and eggs and rice for the guy outside. Maybe next time he won’t beg.

Went to the drive thru and it was pretty fast today compared to other days. Got me the 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a shake. Fries was hot...just how I like it

This place totally saved my life a while back. I was starving and didn't even realize it was right down the street all these years. Now I come here any time I'm in the area. They have two ways to get into the restaurant area; one off of North School St. and one off of Liliha St. - which is awesome if you want to hop on the highway, head back to the city or make your way to Kailua.

We like the local McDonald's breakfast with scramble eggs, Portuguese sausage, spam. Always get that at least once during our visits tho the islands. This stop at the Liliha Street McDonald's is by choice because the give a generous portion of rice. Add soy sauce it's reminiscent of Hawai'i and the equivalent of a mainland ham and eggs breakfast. : ) U Gotta try this meal. It's a breakfast adapted to local life style.

They have surely improved since their shaky 2018~2020 where service and efficiency was (for lack of better words) undesirable. You can now order from one window and actually pickup at the next! Oh and let me add the fact that you can do all this while still in the car.... Bravo!

This is my childhood McDonald's, the staff there is always friendly and food is always consistently prepared as you should expect McDonald's to be. However the drive through has been ridiculously crowded, no matter the time of day and the parking lot is very cramped and difficult to navigate.

The food was hot. The fries needed salt. They gave us peach tea instead of iced tea. Edible and priced right. The location is rough and the building needs some updates to stay within the McDonald's standard of real estate.
