Zippy's Restaurant - Mokauea St

The counter guy Clark is really nice and efficient! He makes going to this Zippy's a pleasure. There are several curbside service parking spaces, which are in the rear of the restaurant off of Puuhale. Every time I go in they are cleaning, which makes me very confident on the quality of food from this place.

Store trainer Ronald hands down sold me on being a follow up customer. This was my first time going to zippys (I am a white sergeant of Marines newly stationed on island). I was treated with nothing but kindness, hospitality, and knowledge of the culture going into the cuisine. Ronald walked me through the menu and highlighted meanings of the items culturally and still kept the meal for my family affordable. Despite being non-local I was treated like family and around here lately it's been anything but. I will be returning religiously to zippys as a customer. Food and presentation was incredible, customer service was remarkable, this is anything but fast food!

Zippy's is a local fast food restaurant. I have never been to a zippy's restaurant before, I've just heard how much better it is than other fast food places. After hearing so many great things about it, I just had to try it out. This is a very clean and spacious restaurant. Everything is not in your face like other fast food places, and you don't have to be wondering where things are either. I joined in into the line, and it must have been like a 6 minute wait before it was my turn. I ordered the teriyaki burger, which came with a side of fries and a drink. This teriyaki burger was so good and the fries were also very good. People are right. This restaurant is way better than most fast food restaurants and is also more affordable than some of the other fast food restaurants. Will definitely be coming back, sorry McDonald's.
