Ok 4 stars because from the Google maps it looks like a store front, I didn't know I had to go into the exchange and up the stairs into the food court 🤦🏽♀️
I wish I had known this, I would have driven a little further for the convenience of drive thru

Just need to explain that this is NOT a stand alone building like a picture showed. The photo should be removed. I drove in circles until I asked someone and he said it's inside the Navy Exchange Mall, and then walk all the way up to the second floor.

This location can get really crowded during lunch hours and with the speed of the chicken that gets cooked, you can end up waiting more than 30min

This location is in the food court of the Navy Exchange shopping mall. It is smaller than some of the other Popeyes on the island, but they get the job done. I saw mixed reviews, and I have had good luck so far with this location. Food was prepared and packaged well. I didn't hear them call my mobile order, but maybe I was not paying attention. They accept mobile orders and printed coupons and have items in stock, so it has been a good go-to spot for a quick meal. Staff was helpful and friendly the dozen or so times I have been there.

The Popeyes fast food place in the NEX complex is always busy, but the food is always fresh tasting and the service is good. I always appreciate the staff because they are working as quickly as they can to get everybody’s order filled.
