I LOVE THIS PLACE!
Their bowls are delicious! Especially their Hamachi bowl. I always grab a lunch special more than twice a week! The owner always serves with a smile on his face.
I also try the one next to diamond head, but I really think this one is better!

Miso is delicious and the poke was above average
Prices are average but the quality of fish is excellent.
Also cannot beat their daily $6 specials for a bowl. I had an ahi bowl and the fish was amazing.
Their nigiri prices are also great. $4 for 2pc of ahi and $3.50 for 2pc salmon.
Highly recommended if you're looking for sushi on the cheaper side!

Snow crab in a California Roll? I must say I was impressed. I first saw this place on instagram and what caught my eye was that they had a $6 daily special bowl which changed every day. One day I saw it was ahi poke and then another day it was fresh ahi and salmon. But gotta go early since they do sell it fast!
This place is located right by Cafe Kaila in Market City. They have all your basics... rolls, nigiri, handrolls, sashimi, hosomaki and bowls. They have bunch of grab and go sushi along with the $6 special in a fridge when you walk in. It’s best to call in since most items are made to order and can take awhile. It’s a small place and they’re super nice.
The prices are reasonable and the ingredients are super fresh. Bowls are $11-$16. All the other sushi prices are pretty comparable for what you get at other places. I must say, they also have a pretty good sushi rice.
This isn’t like Kozo but isn’t Sushi Gaku either. It’s a higher quality and upscale version of your usual take out sushi place. There are a few tables so you can dine in as well.
They have basics like ahi poke bowls, chirashi and sashimi bowls but they also have things like uni nigiri too. I got two pieces of uni nigiri for MP which was $9 that day. The uni was fresh and sweet.
One unique item I saw was that they have a snow crab bowl which I didn’t try yet but looked delicious. I did try their California Roll with snow crab which was really good. I’ve never been to a place where they use real crab!
The spicy ahi that they serve is the kind I like, the sesame oil spicy type not the sriracha sauce spicy type. The spicy ahi bowl with avocado was really pretty and delicious. You can see the hard work that went into the bowl, with the nicely cut and arranged avocado slices.
I will definitely be back to try more items!
My favorite fast food sushi in Honolulu. It’s hardly fast food as they usually make your order fresh unless you grab the pre-made sushi. This locations parking is more convenient than their original location on Monserrat St.

The sushi is fresh and the service was great. I made a mistake on my order and corrected myself. They were nice enough to make the adjustment even if I wasn't taking the order from my mistake order.
The best poke I have found on the island so far. The tuna is so tender and it melts in your mouth. They also have 6 dollar poke bowl of the day can't beat that.
Cute little sushi place. Great service and food. The parking lot is small and very busy.
Good sushi, the Nigiri is the way to go here. Fresh and always good customer service.
