Ordered via Bitesquad - came hot and fresh and tasty! Precisely the Japanese curry flavor I've been wanting, just like from Japan! Had the regular sized beef stew curry - giant chunks of perfectly stewed, soft beef and carrot, a huge amount of rice, and oh, the curry is SO GOOD! You won't go hungry with this! (In fact, I think I know why they also offer mini sizes instead of regular hahaha.) 10/10 definitely recommend - either in person or delivery if you're in the area! Putting this on my list of places to go for guests who want real Japanese curry.

Not a bad ramen joint. Ramen and gyoza are tasty, but the curry is bordering on too sweet. Their meat options are pretty good too. Prices are pretty decent for the amount of food you get.

Service is always fast and friendly. We usually order char siu ramen, six piece gyoza, regular shrimp fried rice, and chicken katsu curry combo. So delicious and great service.

My mom ordered food from them and gave me some snd it was delicious. One of th best places if in the Kaimuki area. Yum!

Sumo Ramen is a place I go to whenever I'm not sure where I really want to eat. It has a pretty good food for great prices and a huge selection of offerings. I had the Mochiko Chicken Curry plate which filled me up for just under $10. Come when you want to play it safe and want affordable filling dishes.
