Rating strictly based on their $5 Lunch Special. What a deal! From 10am-2pm, you can order a plate with 1 starch and 2 entree items from their quick serve hot line for just $5 flat (tax included)! I was even able to do half/half with my starch so I essentially got 4 choices. Like the NEX location, there seemed to be an association with Chinatown Express, though the I Love Country menu seemed slightly different. If you're looking for a cheap, quick lunch in a convenient location, this is a good choice. They even have baked goods, dim sum and more!
The price is okay for the amount of food you get. Staff is friendly. If you go before 2pm they have the starch + 2 choice plate for $6. Cash only. I like getting the lechon kawali.
This place confuses me, it's I love Country Cafe + Chinese restaurant + Dim Sum. But I LOVE the options. I only ordered from I Love Country Cafe, their loco moco is AMAZE balls. They use real beef (it's almost meatloaf style). One of my favorites on the island.
Parking is sometimes crazy, but not too terrible here.
The service here was amazing. I told aunty I get gout and she gave me a few recommendations and was so kind and thoughtful. She gave me a place to sit while I wait for my to go order. Offered me ice water while I wait and I waited for maybe 5 minutes and they brought me my food which was the most ono.

Good cheap eats! Chinese/local Hawaiian style plate lunch during lunch. A bit salty but still worth a visit.
Was told that 10/23/18 was their last day at this location. They still have their other 2 locations and their Catering phone line.
Good portion , food is just okay local version of panda express for me
