This Starbucks is great, but incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is ready in 5 minutes and other days it takes 15-20 mins when there's only 1 person making drinks and 3 others behind the bar doing busy work. Make it make sense. Drinks are great though. Efficiency could use some streamlining.

Very friendly staff! It is fairly busy, but drinks come out quickly, and there's almost always a place to sit down. I enjoy getting a coffee and doing homework here!

I normally dont review starbucks locations but this one stuck out.
I work on the cruise ships, and i also happen to be a dirty american so i needed to do taxes and decided to come on down to this location to mooch off the wifi for an hour or two. (I intended to purchase something but i was really only there for the wifi)
As i was doing my taxes (so much fun pulling out w-2's in public lol) this presumably homeless individual walked in, ordered a drink, and his card got declined. The next hour and a half he threw a massive tantrum. He threw his belongings on the floor and screamed at the cashier and the whole 9 yards. Eventually the police arrived and convinced him to leave by reading a trespassing notice to him but it was pretty tense.
The reason im leaving the review is becuase after the fact the manager came up to me (i was the only customer to not leave, i needed to finish my taxes and a homeless man throwing a tantrum wasn't gonna stop me.) And she offered me free food for the trouble of having to experience the whole ordeal.
10/10 customer service. They owed me nothing and still went the extra mile for minor inconvenience.
And this means i totally 100% mooched off their free wifi lol. I have yet to spend a single cent at starbucks.

Nice and small Starbucks with lots of seating and a cozy environment. We got our drinks in a very short amount of time. The barista was nice, their bathroom was closed so he showed us another place to find a bathroom. To drink I got the Venti iced green tea lemonade which tasted very good.

I love this Starbucks, they're very pet friendly . you can even get a picture of your dog put on the wall make them famous!
i still haven't figured out how the size code works, so I always just say give me the biggest caramel cluster or the smallest mocha whatever

This is my go to coffee spot in the morning before work and have been going here since they opened. I used to really enjoy it because the staff was always so upbeat , happy and just friendly.... BUT Recently this location staff is changing all the time and just aren't very efficient. Now when I go the line is long and takes what seems like for ever. What took me 15 minutes now is more like 30. Kinda sad because I have seen people come in and than leave because they see how long it will take. I am hoping management will slowly turn this crew around. Just went 3 straight days and they got my order wrong each time.... no vanilla syrup , no ice in ice coffee ... wth

Great service as usual! The staff is super nice and helpful finding new drinks to enjoy! Love all the cups they have on display. The place is really big and has plenty of space to chill on your laptop.

Nice, friendly staff. Noticed on staffer go above and beyond by anticipating a customer order and delivering it to her before she got there. Not sure if customer was a regular but I happened to be at the right place at the right time and noticed the surprised and appreciative customer as the young Asian girl delivered the order. This was on 7/10/21, at the SALT location, at about 6:30 or so. I hope she gets recognized for whatever she did. Very cool!
