Not too bad for a dimsum restaurant. I was able to make last minute reservations for an Easter brunch. There's a ramp going down off Kapiolani that leads to parking. Just be aware that it's valet only, so feel free to find street or park at Ala Moana and walk over. The food and service was great. They are pretty good at refilling your water. Unlike other dimsum restaurants, this place is actually clean. No dirty stains on the utensils, plates, tea cups or the tea pot. I would come back here again.

Food is five stars, service is 2 or 3. The customer service needs abit of polishing and I had to ask for a fork/spoon for my daughter three times before I finally got it. There were a couple other small issues I won't cover here. Restaurant really wasn't that busy at the time we went, so there wasn't an excuse there. Food was really good though. If you can get over a little sub-par service it is well worth the trip and the prices aren't bad either.

Stopped by for dim sum on a Saturday early afternoon. Easy parking, not too crowded, and friendly service. Dim sum was excellent! Many selections, at reasonable prices. We loved everything we had, and my wife especially loved the char siu bao. Our bill ended up around 35 before tax and tip, and we left full and very satisfied! Definitely coming back.

I had a large dinner party back in May, over 120+ guests, for my husband's graduation. Lisa, manager/owner made my vision of the celebration a reality. She was very accommodating, flexible, and open to my ideas. She responded quickly to texts and phone calls. She was able to provide all of my requests and needs prior to and day of party. Lisa and her staff are awesome. They are friendly and have great customer service. The food was EXCELLENT and served on time. Parking is also easy. Thank you Lisa and Yum Cha !

I usually eat dim sum here which is pretty good but this time I went for dinner. It was ok, nothing memorable. Couple of disappointing things were that they offered a $15 lobster with the purchase of an entree. We ordered it and then about 10 minutes later they said sorry no lobster. Very odd. Then for dessert we ordered green tea ice cream. A few minutes later the server said sorry no green tea ice cream. Hmm... But to her credit she comped us a mango pudding which was nice. Will probably stick to going there for dim sum.

I got the fried rice, salt and pepper pork chop, cashew chicken , and pot roast pork. It was so good. There was flavor in everything. Great garlic taste (huge fan). I'm definitely coming back! And free parking, just the cherry on top.

I'm getting more impressed every time I eat here. Although I order from their Happy Hour menu right now, all the dishes that I ordered are delicious, not oily & presented well. Stay tuned. I'll be trying their sizzling platters next.

Had dim sum all fresh and great quality ingredients! But the gin dui (fresh sesame seed ball) was the best I have ever had by a long shot. It is my favorite Chinese dessert so I've tried quite a few. We waited for this to be made fresh. The dough was the perfect combo of tender chewy and crunchy and was puffed into a perfect round sphere with the soft hot red bean waiting to have the Shell dipped into it.
