The staff are super nice and energetic! Omg I never ever once experience bad service here. Question to manager: where did you find these people!? Because every member is happy and ready to brighten your day. It’s such a great feeling coming to the store and get this positive vibe from you guys. Starbucks Corporate needs to record their training videos starring the morning crew at this location. In all seriousness, if the entire crew decided to open their own local cafe it would probably be number 1 on the island.
The positivity and friendliness hit us before we opened the door. These are the most cheerful, positive, and helpful humans I have ever encountered. We were in complete shock!
Food and drinks were accurate, speed was great with how busy this location was.

Update 7 Oct: Overheard Kaylee at the cashier apologize to customer ahead of me due to short-staff but you couldn’t tell because of the high energy of the team humming along. Especially like how baristas announce the customers’ name as they are preparing the drink! Amazing team 🔥

John was so helpful! I called in when I couldnt get my mobile order right away. He said no problem, give him a call when I am heading over and he will remake my order. I was so relieved! He even hooked me up with a fresh sandwich instead of making me get the cold one I ordered earlier. Such a friendly location! Mahalo nui John and team! Made my day and saved my lunch!!

Staff was friendly. Drinks and pastries were good. Starbucks is generally not my favorite place, as I prefer small local places that make their own pastries.
This place has a nice environment, seating, and was clean. They had cute vanilla mini scones which I shared with a friend.

The 3 individuals who were working when I was there were the kindest souls. They met every customer with a smile, asked how their day was and created such a positive amazing environment. They are so hardworking and I wish I could give them above 5 stars. What wonderful people!

These girls are busting their butts. They're doing the best job they can, but I bet they'd do a better job if they had more employees. The coffee is great, by far the best Starbucks around.
