It was great. Hot food and a correct special order item. Even had a soda machine for free refill, which most don't in the Waikiki area. Going back again.
This is a busy and conveniently located McDonald's. Service was quick, and food was prepared well. They ran out of strawberry slush but offered to sub out with strawberry smoothie, which was nice. They also had Disney 100 toys available. There are outside seating options and a drive-through. The only downside is the homeless nearby, but the police were there the day we ate in to help manage the environment.
Great food and excellent service. If it's your first time here, pay attention on how to order your food and your table numbers. When ordering, make sure you have your table ready because when you order, they will bring your food to your table. Food was good. Typical McDonalds food. Bathrooms were not in the best shape but it was still usable. Parking is tight but usable. Overall, a good McDonalds.
This is for all MacDonalds if you want them to make your burger fresh, as in raw meat in machine comes out hot you need to tell them exactly what you mean. Standard term is "made to order" but be sure you explain it. It seems there is no consistent training standard for special requests
Order from the McDonald's secret menu and make your experience that much more interesting. There is the Monster Mac and much more. It cost a little more, but make life interesting.
Very heavy rains on this January 1st, 2022 and many cars were going through the drive through, which McDonald's handled speedily as the lines flowed nicely without becoming long or congesting the the parking lot.
Online order people were inside picking up orders. Things were handled very nicely this morning.
One exception noted. French fries, not great today. Something was not right about the oil used to fry them.
It's a decent McDonald's. Good workers and the place is clean. Had a few homeless which is unfortunate but overall not bad. I dont like to eat the food but I got some pancakes and coffee in the morning.
The fish fillet was delicious! The fries were not hot :-( The service was good. But the entrance from parking was not welcoming!!! And there is no trash can by the exit??!!
Great, fast drive-thru service!! Food is always hot and tastes fresh, as compared to other locations.
Maybe need some extra lighting outside at the drive-thru side.
It's my favorite mcdonalds. Would of gave 5 stars but sometimes when I order and pay for large fries they give me a medium instead.
Sorry to say but price are too high but the staff's are awesome they were on top of everything communication and teamwork were phenomenal
