I love Popeyes chicken. But, so do a lot of other people. So although it's not their fault the lines can be a bit long and wait times I've experienced sometimes exceed 30min.
Also another influential reason I eat there is upside app offers cash back rewards that is nice on top of other benefits I get from my cc.
All I can say is I love Popeyes chicken. The only tip I can offer when placing larger orders online is to set the pickup time a little earlier than you need it. Most often than not I'm having to wait even after my scheduled pickup time. This is especially true when you have an order shortly after they open. Otherwise the consistency of the chicken is always spot on.
I was shocked to see they moved down the corner but woooow is this place nice!!! Bigger drive through, I know the lines before used to get super long and cause some issues for those trying to use the gas station. With the new location i feel the flow of traffic is gonna be a lot smoother! Will definitely have to come back and dine in next time it looks really nice and big
Been coming to the new location for a while and why not leave a good review; I mainly come here for their awesome fried chicken and everytime I order their chicken, doesn’t disappoint me. The drive thru has 2 lanes which I liked and how their windows to pay/get your order is very unique. I love coming to this location, the workers deserve more love. One more sentence to end this review, “LOVE that chicken from Popeyes!”
Meal there was pretty good, just had an issue with their card reader/POS not working, so that slowed things down a bit. Also not a huge amount of seats, maybe 20. But not many people dine in for lunch in this decade.
The restaurant is a challenge to get to because of the years long rail construction in the area. If you manage to get there, the service at the drive-thru is fast. We ordered the 12-piece dinner that came with two sides and biscuits. Luckily the chicken was still hot and crispy when we got home. Everything was delicious and our order was correct.
Seemed to take a long time to order/get order correct at drive thru. No beignets.... That's the number 1 reason I go! Food tastes like normal though a bit cold already when I got home, it's a 7 minute drive, so not too far.
The chicken here was well cooked. We purchased the family deal 10 pieces, 5 biscuits, 2 lg mashed potatoes for only $20. We decided to get then mild because the spicy chicken is too spicy for my family. We also got the shrimp popcorn, it's okay, it taste better with the sauce.
Worker Crystal was very helpful, kind and genuine. More places need to hire people that welcoming at their counters.
I went to the drive thru. I got hubby chicken sandwich but did not take a picture. I saw they had a new fish sandwich and got it because it looks so yummy. The guys that took my order at the drive thru was really nice and gave me a heads up that the fish sandwich was spicy. That was really nice of him. Pretty good size sandwich. I would definitely get it again.
Nicely remodeled old bank building. I walked in to order. Super fast service, no line (there was always a line at the other location which this one replaced), and clean! Kitchen looked much cleaner than old one
The manager came out to ask each guest how they're doing!
