The owner (I think?) drew a happy face in our dipping sauce & that was just the beginning of the sweetest & most genuine experience I had at Loving Hut. I’ve been vegan for 5+ years & this place combined delicious authentic Thai flavors with ingenuity & creativity. The tofu in my ramen was grilled & breaded perfectly. My husband got the veggie curry. Huge portion & the best part was the potatoes — I would have had a bowl of just those. Definitely would recommend. We shared the summer rolls to start & I wish I got more. I could probably eat 18 of them in one sitting. Couldn’t believe how much the tofu looked like shrimp. See last pic for empty plates afterwards lol. This place is open super late too till like 9pm!! Can’t wait to go back for dinner. Bill was $40 and we tipped $20. Parking lot is tiny but that’s nobody’s fault — we got a spot right away :)
Highly recommend! Food is fantastic and the owner is very welcoming. The vegan chicken dishes are my favourite. Fast service, and a positive, compassionate environment.
I’m so happy to come across this vegan restaurant while on vacation. Me and my wife own a vegan restaurant in Maryland called “James & Jo Cafe” as well… and the customer service was excellent!! It’s exciting to experience great energy from the young lady at the front counter!! The food is delicious, nice portions, price right, and great variety. I will be back before returning home and sorry I didn’t get pictures of the food, I was starving and excited. 😝
This was my first experience at Loving Hut and I was thoroughly impressed. Both the service and food quality exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for Asian vegan food, give Loving Hut a try.
Every opportunity while visiting Honolulu, I make it a point to gorge on the best "hands down" spaghetti from Loving Hut! The smoky and flavorful taste of the spaghetti sauce is like no other! Simply delicious! 😃.
The entire menu is quite tasty... all the loving huts are a franchise so this location actually has their own spin on the menu... The spaghetti is ONLY available at this location! I even tried the loving hut in Seattle (no spaghetti!).
The chicken drummets with the sugar cane as the bone are really good! The outer "skin" is crispy and the innards emulate chicken very well.
Located in a very small building with a really small parking lot! But absolutely worth it! 😃

This place is amazing. So good. Been looking for a vegan spot and I found a great one!!
All I can say is.. WOW! The best vegan food I have ever tasted. So quick to bring it out, and everything was divine, I finished it all within 5 minutes lol. Service was amazing too, I was the only one eating in, and the lady at the front was very funny and chatted with me while I was there. I had the crispy rolls and the Brocco Pua 👌🏻highly recommend, yummm, I wish I found this place sooner 😃
Amazing! Server was very friendly and attentive and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious. Everything is vegan and all of the gluten free items were very clearly marked. This place is small but we will definitely be coming back!
Great food and prices reasonable to what Hawaii cost...Only thing did not like was the videos from a cult called Supreme leader that they are constantly showing...
Typical Loving Hut ambiance (or lack of) and confusing menu as there are lots of alternate menu displays around the counter. I think there might be a lunch special - but couldn’t figure it out. Very sweet counter person, and our meals were delicious. My dish (guru curry) wasn’t quite as advertised (broccoli instead of cauliflower & only 4 small pieces of tofu.) Love that they only serve brown rice instead of white. And always appreciative of vegan-only spots! Parking off-street was a bonus.
