Best Mexican food in Oahu hands down - get their famous flauta or chimichanga. I’m from LA and have traveled many times to Mexico, so I know a bit about Mexican food and can confidently say Serg’s is up there in terms of taste!
We loved this place for so many reasons! The first thing we noticed was the excellent service! We were met with a smile and amazing help ordering our food. The prices were so good! Then, the best part was the food... we have been looking for good Mexican food for 5 years. THIS IS THE PLACE! It is all authentic and fresh and delicious 😋 Thanks to Serg and his crew! We will be back again and again! The Carnitas street tacos were just like the ones we get in Tijuana ❤️ The ice cream dessert was amazing!
Shaded and comfortable yummy food. Horchata is yummy too. We had the tacos, the shrimp quesadillas and enchiladas. If they were closer to my house I'd here daily
Excellent enchiladas and taco salad! Flavors are great. Outside tables under a roof. Feels like a roadside local place in Mexico.
Love the food here. They have lots of options and very authentic. Parking is limited but we never have any issues. There are plenty of seatings available. It's similar to fast food restaurant style. When you decide to go and don't mind paying regular priced items on their menu, you might want to consider avoiding their Taco special on Tuesdays because they are super busy, and food takes 2 or 3 times longer to be served. Also, we noticed the food is not as well prepared as other days, this might due to their cooking time constrain as they need to push out all the orders. But we love eating here, we come back every time when we are at Honolulu.

The food has a lot of flavor, and the portions are huge. I had their steak taco salad and I love how the shell didn't get soft and mushy on the bottom. Their mild salsa is awesome and my husband loved the super hot salsa. We took some home. :) My husband had the flautas and absolutely loved it. We also had to have an elote and 1 birria taco with the consume. The best!
We had a favorite mexican restaurant, but after going here, we both decided that this is definitely our #1. I would recommend Serg,s Mexican Kitchen to anyone who is looking for the best authentic Mexican food on island.
We love both dining in and getting delivery from Serg's! Delicious food every time, and when we dine in staff is so kind. When dining in you order up front and come grab your food when it is ready, then bus your own table when done.
I tried the Chile Relleno Plate and the Nachos with Pork Caritas.
The Chile Relleno was good, but the pepper itself wasn't cooked quite enough for me. It had a crunch. That being said, the flavors were very good.
The Nachos were very good and had great flavors. I did find some bigger chunks of fat in the pork, which was not thrilling.
The service was excellent! Bridget was very informative and sweet and took great care of all the customers.
I will come back for more.
Haven't had too much Mexican food since I got to the island. I came from Southern California so I figured it'd be a waste of time if I'm being honest. Thank goodness I was wrong because this place is delicious. Got the 2 birria tacos and an elote and both tasted like I got it back home. You gotta order the consumé separately so keep that in mind.

I got the Ralph's Burritos which was a great recommendation from the very nice server and so stoked I chose this, a great plentiful portion of fresh fish of the day, grilled to perfection with excellent seasoning and some tasty hot salsa and zesty refreshing guacamole.
Super dope, incredibly yummy Mexican grub from a laidback, no fuss and authentic homey restaurant serving excellent food at great fare! A phenomenal experience and transportation of your taste buds into the heart of great Mexican food and home-cooked style grub.
The staff are great people, extremely approachable and very talented at making incredibly good tasting food. They were also super appreciative of us choosing their diner and you can tell a lot of love and effort goes into every bite of food they serve. This joint was five stars immediately after my second bite.
