I often opt for their bento, as it conveniently combines Meat Jun, fried chicken, and vegetables in one satisfying meal. The reasonable pricing for the bento is another highlight, making it a great value. Occasionally, it can get crowded, so I've found that ordering ahead is a smart move to save time and bypass standing in line. Overall, Soons remains a cherished and reliable choice, consistently delivering delicious flavors and convenience.

Food came out so fast, looked exactly like the picture and was delicious! The sauce was amazing it was my 1st time having kimchi and it was excellent! Can't wait to try again. Just make sure you bring cash! Worth every penny!

Nice place for a fast korean meal. This place makes one of the best bbq beef sandwiches full of meat.
The only negative criticism i have of this eatery is that they only take cash for payment, somewhat of a hassle when you only have plastic.

The sweet aromas of grilled meats, make you salivate as you walk up the front window. Great selections, hard to choose, and grateful for the combo's including fermented veggies ,meat juhn, kalbi, bulgogi, and chicken. Onolicious!

Always consistent food! We love kalbi, meat jun and mandoo. Their sauce is the best! Service is really good and the food comes out fast. There are only three booths, so plan on taking to go.

The atmosphere? Classic hole in the wall, but the smell that comes from here turns the whole place into something like heaven. If u weren't hungry before, you will be when passing by.
This place has been my favorite restaurant since i was a child. Some things have changed over the years, but not much. Still the best korean bbq place ive ever had.

My parents showed me this joint today. Telling me about how they used to come by and pick up food with family back in the day! My mom swears by their kalbi, she cant find anything else like this on the US coast. I had the bento plate and absolutely killed it, the main dishes come with a beautiful helping of rice, and a lil cup of kimchi and beansprouts. We'll definitely be visiting Soon's Drive soon again!

I've enjoyed Soons for over 30 years. The Meat Jun, a must have, extra veg too.
Take away service primarily, quick, quality food, no nonsense ordering and delivery of your food. Order at one window, pickup at the other.
The atmosphere got a 4 outta 5 because it has only limited outdoor seating, which attracts more than its fair share of flies from the backside if the shopping ctr. Recommend takeaway.

Delicious food. Outdoor seating in this little hole in the wall. Took a party pack on our flight back to the mainland. A lot of the prices are out of date online. Everything has pretty much doubled. Great food though. Loved the meat jun.
