This is a fantastic sushi restaurant. The prices are really awesome, everything is incredibly fresh. They have a lot of creative variety and the best part is the portions. Each roll isn't insane huge so you can order and try a lot of variety. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved everything from this place.

We have been to this Genki Sushi several times and each time the spicy salmon poke bowl is my favourite. Its strong aroma from sesame oil, the tasty texture of salmon flash mixed with salmon fat, and the delicious flavour of the Hawaiian style of marinated raw salmon makes the rice bowl a fantastic treat. I added a bit of wasabi mixed with soya sauce to give it a Japanese sashimi feel.

Was excited to see Genki Sushi here in Honolulu as I have fond memories of it from my time in Japan. Went in the early afternoon, was not too busy and service was fast and attentive. A little disappointed that it is not like the Japan ones were you electronically order and the sushi is delivered to your seat by train, instead is hand delivered by server. Decent selection of sushi, both Japanese and Hawaiian styles. I prefer the fish-based sushi over the spam/egg type ones. The prices definitely add up fast however depending on the quality of sushi you order. Good location to stop by if you are shopping or heading to the graffiti area.

went here because I thought there would be the conveyor belt sushi, but I was sad to find out that they no longer have conveyor belt sushi at this location. overall, the staff was very kind and courteous. Also, the food was prepared quickly by the kitchen staff.

They were so generous with the portions of stuffing for the stuffed mushrooms, and it was so delicious. The servers were attentive and friendly. The portions of edamame and French fries could have been bigger, though. The noodles and sushi were great.

Absolutely delicious! Super clean and it was extremely delicious. The service was extremely attentive and the price was very affordable.

Amazing sushi (starving) Service was very fast. The only negative was that the wait was 45 mins... it was our fault because it was a Saturday night😭😭

You order each plate fresh and it is delivered on the conveyor belt on a little metro car, very cute. Lots of options on the menu for both sashimi, rolls, and even chicken teriyaki. The restaurant only seats like 12 people though so don’t go when it’s busy!
