Tropics Ale House

Went here for Taco Tuesday, and it did not disappoint! Omg, they were so filling and delicious, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from what you see online. We also got the chicken nachos, elote bites, and a burrito. All of it was FANTASTIC. As a chubby SoCal native, I know good tacos - and these are it. If they had Clamato to make Micheladas, it would have been a perfect visit. Regardless, still a 5 star experience! Would definitely go again.

This place was fun! We tried to get here in time for happy hour that ended at 6, we missed it, but the prices were reasonable. My friend and I had tacos and we were both happy with our choices. We stayed for trivia.. but we ended up regretting it because they were the most obscure questions I’ve ever encountered for bar trivia… it made it not very fun, there was literally one question from the recent decade and that question was for a throwback song from 1988.. so unless your familiar with former generations or a savant in obscure trivia, I’d go somewhere else for those nights.. the host was super nice and fun, but… whomever chose the questions.. is missing the mark by a very long shot… I hope they make the trivia more relevant in future.

Incredible!!!! Wish I could give this place 10 stars. The food is delicious. The waitresses are absolutely the best in Waikiki. They were so friendly and amazing. I ate here 4 times during my visit. I was able to watch the Buffalo Bills game at 8 in the morning and eat a delicious breakfast. I strongly recommend you spend some time here.

We ordered drink's (4of us). I asked for a fun tropical drink with something like a umbrella or flower??? The drink was delicious, but the plastic grass was unexpected. I did order the fish and chips. It was tasty and held together nicely. The chorizo and caramel sauce is fun to eat. The music was nice but a little loud. I wish there was a dance floor so we could have danced. That's why I gave it four stars instead of five.
