This is a very low key establishment. It’s not big and the concept is a boat. It’s cute and the service is pretty fair. They are fast and the food is good. The ramen is good quality and the broth is to die for. I thought I had to leave because it was lots of pork options and no chicken. I don’t eat pork but they offered a vegetarian menu🙏🏽.I’m serious it’s totally unexpectedly delicious . A happy find with quality ramen. The Gyoza was seared to perfection and the rice was a bit bland but was fixable with a little soy sauce. All in all was glad we stopped by. Also they do not serve alcohol bummer and there is an $18 minimum fyi😕

Small restaurant with long wait at certain times. Each time we visited HNL, we were always curious why the wait was so long. Since this time my hotel was next to it and I was solo, I timed it and only waited 20mins to try my Waikiki "ramen challenge" for dinner (although I only had time to try 3 locations during this visit. Lol). This was the first of 3 (1/3). Got the most popular and recommended bowl, the ox tail ramen. I was hesitant looking at other people's ox tail bowl but decided to try it, nevertheless. It was decent and good but not wow or close to it. I was actually somewhat disappointed but it was good enough to finish. Broth did not have the depth and flavor as anticipated. (The ramen was not made at the restaurant or fresh made.) The price was rather high too for the bowl. For this bowl, almost 4*, and I would not return.

Delicious ramen options! Prices were a little steep, but worth every penny! Server always made sure we had a full glass of water. Very attentive staff and authentic ramen in my opinion!

Best little hole in the wall restaurant for ramen. Everything tasted very authentic and food came out very fast. Servers are very nice.

Came to Honolulu last year and simply couldn't get into this place, lines and wait times were always too darn long....good sign in my book. Was finally able to get in on our next visit. Place is small, we had good luck as far as wait times when we came before 6pm. Previous day there was minimal to no wait around 5pm. Hit or miss i guess. The Tonkotsu ramen is what I got and I sure enjoyed it (item #10 on the menu). Also added the gyoza and fried rice, those were GOOD but honestly the star of the show here is the Ramen so I'd say focus on that. Tasty broth and the fried garlic in the ramen is delicious.

There was a little bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. Everyone there was so nice and the food came out quickly and was so delicious. So if you have any fears of having to wait for long, don't, you'll be in and out in the same time or shorter than some of the larger restaurants. The ox tail ramen was very good!

This shop gets better by the year. If you want the experience of an authentic japanese ramen shop please come here! Even though its small service is quick. One of the few places thats open past 9 and there will be a line but its a must try after youre leaving the bar. Ramen and dumplings made with love and passion! Staff is very quick and efficient and they do all they can to accomodate you. You do only have 40 minute time from eating because of how popular it is so please be sure you order everything right away. They have amazingly priced combo meals and if you dont have a big appetite they have mini options! I cant describe in writing how amazing this ramen is. You HAVE to try it yourself! Thank you!

Craving for Ramen? This place is the place. There are only 20 seats in an U shape. Prepare to wait at least 30+ minutes. They have movable partitions to accommodate each party for extra health awareness. The oxtail spicy ramen is a must try. Good dipping sauce for the chunky oxtail. Yummy! My family got shoyu ramen and they loved it. Not too heavy and clear with excellent taste. They do accept credit cards now.
