Found Jack's by putting "food near me" in Google on my business trip. It was exactly what I needed, friendly, local, delicious, and very reasonable charge. While I was eating, I saw a pancake 3 stack 4 inches tall, a half fresh papya, and they have a homemade roll/biscuit they make that had some Hawaiian magic in it. I ordered that with my Loco Moco. Both were great. They will split the biscuit for you and grill it so it's "crunchy". I will definitely return.

Ordered loco moco and a side of hashbrowns. Very well flavored and decent portion compared to the price. I spend $20 on the meal and coffee.
