Incredible shrimp and a must-have when exploring the north shore. Not the cheapest, but portions are significant and the shrimp is so fresh and delicious! Also, the spicy shrimp is legitimately spicy, so make sure to grab a drink too. Giovanni's is definitely properly hyped, and a necessary stop when visiting Oahu.

I've been coming here for years. Pro tip: if you like garlic, ask them to put a little extra on top of your rice. It's next level. Paper containers and compostable forks makes this a win-win-win.

We love Giovanni's Shrimp Truck. This is our 3rd trip to the island and we stop and eat here multiple times during our trips. Make sure you bring cash! Highly recommend!

Super delicious!! Large portion of garlic shrimp but don’t share it, get one each. Don’t miss this when in Hawaii. They only take cash.
Parking is $3 cash only too and can be limited. MacDonald nearby has an ATM. Come at opening to avoid a long wait. There was already a small queue at opening time but the service is friendly and quick.

This stop if a must if your exploring the north shore. The shrimp plates smacks and the service is hella quick! It is decently priced and the portions are large. Very casual atmosphere with a savory aroma in the parking lot coming from the shrimp truck.

Recommended this place by tour guide from Kualoa Ranch. Service was quick and portions were big. Atmosphere wS okay, plenty of seating however there were a lot of flies (hard to shoo away). Would recommend, but eat quickly

Giovannis is among many other food trucks in this spot. Overall, I think it is worth it to stop by and check out the options. Plenty of seating and the food trucks left little to be desired. This really feels like a local gem however during our visit on a Monday in November it was 50 percent tourist/locals. Giovannis service was quick and the shrimp were a decent size. Bring cash! We didn't find anywhere that to debit or credit cards

Best tasting shrimp I've had in a while. Came here with family they ordered the shrimp scampi, lemon butter shrimp, and I got the hot and spicy. Great tasting flavor on the hot and spicy. Decent portion for the price. Rice is best with garlic, in my opinion. Add lemon, some butter garlic sauce to the hot and spicy shrimps, and you got the works... 😋 Simple menu, and it is a cash only establishment. This was of the best tasting meal from our Hawaii trip. Would love to be back and would recommend it.

Came back here for the nostalgia, fast service if you get here early. Lots to do around the area. Garlic shrimp is a bit average, but great portion and value. If you just want a taste, a half portion is available for half the price. Cash only!
