Limited menu in the evening. Everything is wonderful, perhaps the staff would make any thing you desire, however. Extremely attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet, though a bit over priced.
Great place. Friendly service and great food with amazing view of the ocean.
We came here for a weekend lunch. The ambience is great, ocean front and relaxing. Two of us shared a Caesar salad and large prawn fettuccine and my son had the washugyu hamburger. All delicious. The service is excellent and parking at the Kahala hotel is fully validated.
We had a comfy breakfast here without any reservations. We booked this hotel with Amex platinum desk. There is a breakfast menu for kids and they will provide some color pencils with a paper so kids won’t be get bored. Because of the room rate of this hotel, I didn’t see disgusting families like we saw in Honolulu! People were calm, and well mannered.
The delicious offerings of the Seafood Dinner Buffet (available Fridays and Saturdays) combined with the views of the Pacific Ocean made this dining experience memorable. Our reservation was in the early evening which provided us with a more quiet start to our evening and a mostly unobstructed view of the beach. The buffet had a wide selection of salads, poke, sushi, hot dishes, and desserts. The Misoyaki Butterfish was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Coconut Tapioca had the perfect amount of coconut flavor.
This place is amazing, the food, the service and the view, they all great!!!
We tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They all surprised us, this place is way better than some fine dining restaurant in Waikiki.
The only thing I think they can improve is their sashimi, it's not cold enough, I personally prefer sashimi on the ice...
This restaurant has a stunning location, which is a treat in itself. We came here ten years ago and the vibe has changed a bit: the white umbrellas are a little stained and the beautiful white pavilion which used to sit as a feature on the lawn has been set aside around a corner. Atmosphere aside, the staff remain exceptional, and make for a very pleasant experience. I ordered an Upcountry Breakfast with coffee and orange juice. The bacon was very well cooked and crunchy and the fruit was tasty and well presented. My dining partner had french toast, which came with whipped maple and coconut syrups. For the price point, the food was not as special as one would hope for (other places usually serve their french toast with interesting embellishments or fruit, there were no extras at all on the plate here, for example).
Gorgeous view and top notch service. Mimosa isn't on the menu but they happily serve one if you ask. If you spend $50 or more, your parking is validated (worth $24 if you self park an hour). However, beware that the lot may be full and you may have to use valet parking.
Food is good, and the buffet has a lot of choices...the lobster Benedict is awesome....the veiw is breathtaking and the service is phenomenal....the valet is really good....parking is free with validation....

Dont get me wrong, you've got to experience this, but it said outside reservation, but we were well inside with sn open view ofbthe shoreline wasaay over there, past multiple tables. I so wanted a seaside table for our 46th anniversary. Plus the stars of the menu, prime rib and dungeness crab, were a little dry. That said, the flavors, the sides, the shashimi and the butterfish were stellar, and our waiter, Eric, was very attentive and kind.
The buffet on the weekend is wonderful. Sushi was fresh and delicious and prime rib was excellent. The desserts could have been a little better but the fresh fruits made up for it. It's a little pricey but the food was very good. The view and access to the beach was great.
The food was amazing. The new take on a spam musubi was a nice twist. Everything in the Kahala Special Bento Box was delicious, a must try if you can't make up your mind on a single entree. It has a little bit of everything.
