Ruth's Chris Steak House

We love going to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. The staff make your visit so special and you usually get a little complimentary treat for celebrating with them. You also cannot beat the quality of the steaks at Ruth’s Chris. They’re perfection! Every bite is so satisfying and delicious.

Highly recommended! My husband and I had a great experience here last night. The food was absolutely amazing. Both of our steaks came to the table sizzling (see video) and were cooked perfectly. As for their service, they are second to none. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, especially our server. We both ordered steaks, mine was the petite filet with shrimp, and it was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. It is the perfect amount of food to be satisfied but not over stuffed. I also ordered a Maitai, which was the best I've ever had. All together, it was an amazing experience with great food and service, and we will definitely be back. It is pricey but worth it. I rated the atmosphere a 4 only because of the short booths. I felt like we were very close to everyone around us, and the booths are short, so you can see the table next to you. It wasn't a big issue, just not my preference.

Wow, wow, wow!! I have heard great things about Ruth’s Chris for years, but just never been until now. This might be my new favorite restaurant chain. It is definitely on the pricier side but it is well worth it! This will now become a special occasion dinner place for me. Looking forward to making this my new tradition. The service was incredible and they had nice surprises along the way for my fiancées birthday! The steak was the best steak I have ever had. We got the tomahawk and it did not disappoint!! They cut it table side and it’s served on a warm plate so every bite was piping hot and delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I wanted to find a special place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We decided to visit Ruth's Chris Steak House. We made reservations on Open Table for their downtown Honolulu location. We arrived a little early and were promptly seated. Jared was our server. He was very knowledgeable about the menu selections and answered all of our questions and made a few recommendations that really helped make our experience enjoyable. We enjoyed our drinks, Poke appetizer, and our entrées. We both had steaks and shared some sides. We left some room for dessert. The food was excellent and cooked as requested. The service from Jared and the other staff was amazing. We enjoyed our time at Ruth's Chris and plan to visit again. We highly recommend.

The food is excellent especially the sides (asparagus, creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes where the cheese was ingeniously infused). The sin chocolate was extraordinary. Our waitress Polly was totally professional. Only downfall was the restaurant felt claustrophobic and the interior design seemed to be distressed. Surprisingly busier than I anticipated.
