I don't drink coffee, my hubby is the coffee drinker and can be a bit picky when it comes to a good cup of coffee. We're spoilt for choice in Melbourne so it's hard to find good coffee when we're not at home but hubby was impressed with the latte at Kona Coffee Purveyors! He said it was up there with his fave coffee place in Melbourne, Market Lane...very similar style and taste. He's very happy he's had his decent caffeine fix in Hawaii. He's tried a few on Oahu but he's finally found the one!

The best cappuccino I've had in Honolulu ever. This is such a welcome addition to one of the most perfect places I know. Now I can have the most perfect coffee. The partnership with b pattiserie is just icing on the cake. The best pastries and the best coffee. No better way to wake up on an island.

I'm a regular customer, and I love their pastries. It's very hard to find a similar coffee place with the same variety or high quality. So I stick with the same spot, and I don't regret it. My favorite pastries are pineapple croissant (Idk if they stopped producing it, but it was replaced for the almond croissant. And I love it.) and black sesame kouign amann. Their expresso kona beans is AMAZING: flavor + smell. Some months ago, they also started selling some fresh sandwiches for the savory lovers. Turkey + pesto or prosciutto sandwiches are my favorite. But just be aware, they start getting sandwiches' orders only around 11 am. Lines are huge in the early morning, but they get smaller around 10 am. Go with patience. It's worth it anyway.

Visiting Kona Coffee Purveyors was top of my list because I knew they partner with b patisserie which is my favorite place in San Francisco. They did not disappoint. This little shop in the International Market Hall is like a little slice of SF mixed with Hawaii. The vibes are immaculate and the food/coffee is to die for. For starters, the Kona red bourbon drip coffee they serve here was so smooth and tasty that I wish I bought more. The star of the show is definitely all the pastries and food though to complement the coffee. During lunch hours you can order flatbreads on sourdough (very SF) so I got the hand and cheese which was out of this world. Pastry wise, the Kouign-amann is always delicious and the seasonal flavor that week was cranberry apple. The macadamia nut croissant was also tasty but the best one in my opinion was the lilikoi bostock which had all the delicious buttery, fruity flavors. So glad this shop opened near Waikiki, it’s the best!

Today I made it visit this famous coffee bakery. The pastry was amazing probably the best scones and original flavor croissants I've ever had not only in Hawaii. Very crispy and light...Really good tho pricey. The coffee is nice too even tho not that outstanding as expected but the pastry wins all!

We got here around 8 am and the line was out the door and all the way to the Hilton Vacations timeshare desk. Definitely be prepared for a wait. We did walk by closer to lunch time, and it was much shorter, so if you aren’t interested in the pastries it might be worth coming much later in the morning or for lunch. We loved every pastry that we got, and our coffees were also delightful. A bit on the pricier side, but the quality definitely met the pricing. The staff were really friendly and efficient. Overall, I would absolutely come here again if I woke up early enough to beat the line.

Finally a great coffee place in Honolulu! We live in the Big Island, and we know coffee... Kona coffee , hello! The lattes were simply perfect, and the pastries, from b patisserie are delightful.. we had the lillkio cheesecake and a chocolate chip cookie. Lines can be long at busy times... But it's worth it.

Good tasting coffee and delicious decedent pastries 😋 Line is out the door so you know it's good! I will admit prices are a bit higher than I prefer to pay for coffee and pastries but definitely appropriate for the "high end" high quality food. Staff was friendly and helpful and reminded me to get a validation for parking- thanks! Honey Iced Latte is on the sweeter side, Vanilla Iced Latte is not as sweet. Recommend adding the Kona 100% espresso for the kick you need to start the day. Croissants are flaky and tasty, girls had the chocolate Kouign, I had Pineapple Coconut almond croissant (BEST!!)

Really fresh Kona coffee. Well balanced with cream. Pastries are a must try and they change throughout the day. Super fresh. The ham and cheese croissant was warmed up for us and delicious. If there is cheese and ham, there will always be some grease but it is not too much. The croissant is buttery and delicious. As it should be. There is a line before doors open in the morning so come 20-30 minutes before if you want coffee fast. Otherwise you are waiting 20-60 minutes when doors open because of long line. Good amount of seating outside and some inside.

I'm not a big fan of coffee, so I don't know much about beverages here. However, the Viennoiserie section at James Beard b. patisserie is excellent. The Kouign Amann, various croissants, all incredibly delicious— I visited every day during my stay in Waikiki. The pastries are top-notch!

This Kona Coffee location with the patisserie is outstanding! The pastries are amazing, and if you like Hawaiian coffee they do a terrific job. They have a small selection of really good sandwiches from 10am-2pm. The lines were always long but the staff were pleasant and efficient.
