Taco Bell

I am clearly a glutton for punishment. I have given this place two opportunities and they failed miserably each time. Close the doors because it is clear that this location is not ready for the public. They are consistently out of the basic elements necessary to prepare the most basic products... like meat!! When you stop being able to keep meat at a taco restaurant, that is no crowed...ever, the doors should be closed. The level of service is seriously lacking. The drive through is a trap because once you get in it there is no turning back. Do better people.

Currently been sitting in the drive thru for 21minutes. I would leave but the cars in front and behind me have also been stuck waiting. When I called the store it got me nowhere. Will never eat here again. Edit. Got my food after 28 minutes. Correction, got some of my food after 28 minutes. The portion of the meal that I did receive was cold, most likely from sitting for almost a half hour. Then had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes for the remainder of the order. This place needs a complete overhaul

10 minutes to order at the drive through then I was stuck. 15 minutes to window, 5 til I could pay, 13 after I received my receipt then 2 more because they forgot something. I ordered a $5 box and a mini quesadilla which was $7.77 because I made both tacos Doritos racos and Supreme. I received the regualr box, smh! I did get a free taco or med deink voucher which is worth less than the extra I paid for and didn't receive. They were very friendly but had very many issues.

Should have left after we tried to order and couldnt get what we wanted because they were out of steak, chicken, and tortilla shells. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, wishing we could escape but its one narrow lane. When we finally got to the window, we were told they were also out of reciept tape, which I suspect was just so that people didnt have a way to complain later. I checked our food before we drove off and found that much of it was cold. Cheesy rollups hadnt ever been heated, they were just shredded cheese in a cold tortilla. We asked for them to be heated and the guy at the window had to shout repeatedly for the guy in the back to come back to fix it, which he didnt. I dont have high expectations for late night Taco Bell, but this was worse than I thought possible.

I've been meaning to try Taco Bell breakfast for awhile now. Finally got a chance. Sign says they open at 0700. I was yanking on the door at 0710....LOCKED. I timed my entire morning routine (I live in hotels) around this location being open at 0700 and its proximity to my job site. I found the McDonald's down the road and guess I'll be eating there the next few mornings. This sucks. I really love Taco Bell.
