Mcdonald's

Never come here. I was traveling my kids starving. Person taking the order was nice, the lady who gave me my food was so rude. I kept saying thank u and she ignored me, and then she had me pull up for 24 minutes for a freaking sweet tea. Then my iced mocha I ordered was vanilla and she got mad when I asked for a refund for the wrong coffee she made and said she didn’t have time I’d have to pull around and re order for her to fix my coffee. And my kids happy meals had no fries or apples just the nuggets. Food was cold and nasty and so were the workers 🤷🏻‍♀️

I work for DD. The order was not ready. They were out of medium and large cups. Cars were wrapped around the building, and people were waiting for orders. Manager also got on to an employee in front of customers telling him if she had to give another refund it would come out of his check. Which is not professional at all

I was in the outside lane of the drive through. One car was in the inside lane. That car and two others were waited on. Finally, a voice comes over the speaker asking me to hold, please. The car behind me pulled off. Then they waited on a fourth car. I left, too. I wouldn't have waited as long as I did, but curiosity got the better of me. The last time I went there and WAS able to get waited on, I got room temperature food. Never again.

I went up to the drive thru, never heard anyone say anything for several minutes. Then I said hello, no response, few minutes later said hello again, no response. Finally had to leave and the lady at the window just stared at me with her sullen face as I drove away. So she knew I was waiting for her to take my order but she was ignoring me. But it turned out good because I went to Hardee's and saved $2 . This isn't the only time the service was poor. Will not go to this McDonald's again.

You do you. Don’t let me stop you. But taking 25 minutes to make my order because you’re outside “doing you”? Unacceptable. If you wanna work…work. If you wanna “do you” on the patio with five cars in the drive thru waiting…then stay home. You don’t get paid to “do you.” And if you’re going to make me wait 25 minutes, at least give me hot food.

Pulled up at 10:50 sat in the drive Thru for 10 minutes before pulling off nobody ever took my order, said hello, nothing. All lights were on but guess what the staff was outside chillin even though they don’t close til midnight. It’s always something at this location. Either bad attitudes, bad service, or no service
