Krispy Kreme

Came here with a friend tonight we hangout and done coffee and talked, no complaints except that the lady made a mistake on the size of our coffees, other then that not a big deal. She was very kind she brought our coffees to us and I loved the music they played very jazzy and fun. We had a good time. I like this krispy Kreme it's not to bad.

Getting worse every day. Don’t expect edible doughnuts if you go too early. They will be cold and hard like they have been in the freezer. And the closed lobby is irritating. They are rude at the drive through. If you order any of the ice coffees. They will bring them in a much smaller cup with no whip cream.

When this location first opened it was fantastic, now it seems like the selection has dwindled down and the donuts aren't near as fresh. Seeing as how the donuts are made there I'm not sure how they aren't fresh, but the last few times I've went there and got a random dozen donuts this seems to be the case.

I haven't had a Krispy Kreme donut since they went out of business in MN so I was super excited when I was driving by this one. Unfortunately the donuts weren't very good. I think they should offer to heat them up for you if you say you're eating there. I like that you can watch how they are made and the place seemed nice otherwise.

if i could give them no stars i would. i placed a order to be delivered to my husband at 2pm why 2 hours later i get an email saying my order was cancelled so i called the store and the manager said the system closed online orders. i asked her why it take 2 hrs to close and cancel my order and she rudely said your money will go back on your card and hung up on me

Hot, fresh, but sometimes unsanitary! I love Krispy Kreme donuts, but this one has its challenges. I went through the drive thru, and the young lady while wearing the same gloves used to handle cash, open the drive thru window, and work the register, went and picked the donuts up off the conveyor belt. Yuk! They do have proper tools for that—wax paper, or a stick to grab the donuts. Rather than roll the dice further I decided to just get a refund. The manager was nice about it, and I’ll give them a try at a later point, but any food operations in the age of COVID must reinforce proper food safety practices with its associates.
