Oh my gosh.. this place is amazing, top notch service! The food is mouthwatering and so flavorful! We will be back for sure! Get the portobello fries- fried to perfection taste good in both ranch and marinara. Our waitress Karen was this best, fun personality, fulfilled all our needs!
Seriously, the best Chicago pizza I have ever eaten (including Chicago). We shared the half-and-half 10” pizza (4 deep dish slices), which was enough for two moderately hungry adults. I love how the bottom of the pizza is light and crispy, like a thin crust, and then you sink your teeth into the perfectly baked deep dish dough paradise. Sauce like this does not come from cans, and is remarkable in both quantity (just right) and flavor (neither tomato paste, nor spaghetti sauce). And the toppings, oh the toppings. My half was meat: big bite sized pieces of Italian sausage, ham, bacon - just perfection. Service was outstanding - the servers don black suits with red ties, completing the classy, hometown Chi-talian atmosphere.
We had the Mr Gilberti’s Specialty pizza and it surpassed our expectations! So much flavor yet none of them were overpowering. Love the atmosphere! We enjoyed the family owned and ran service; it’s real, original and excellent!
This authentic Italian restaurant in Branson is a true gem. Their deep-dish pizza with a crispy crust is a must-try, and the garlic bread, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and eggplant Parmesan are equally delicious. It's a perfect spot for a special occasion like an anniversary. I highly recommend a visit to this iconic Branson eatery.

I'm from Chicago and all I can say is wow, wow, wow! Who needs to drive eight hours home for a pie when I can drive an hour to Mr. Gilberti's for an amazing pie. Service was amazing! The food was authentic and delicious. And I mean, who doesn't want to hang in out in that Authentic Chicago "Mobster" style atmosphere. Additionally, Mr. Gilberti's has amazing food that isn't priced at Chicago prices!!! Now, that's what I call winning

This is our favorite local restaurant! We have been coming here for 2 years, and Mr Gilberti's never disappoints! The owners are incredibly hands-on, and it shows in a staff that is virtually unchanged in 2 years. Therefore everything about the restaurant is consistent, homie, welcoming and enjoyable. Not to mention how great their chicago-style pizza is! (And I am originally from Chicago). Love you guys! And don't ever change!

Me and my husband stopped in around 2:30pm for a late lunch! I have been to Branson so many times and have never heard or seen this place. On our arrival we were a little taken back since it was not in a commercial area. But we decided that probably meant it was truly family owned. We were seated instantly. The moment you walked in you could smell the aromas of the delicious food. The inside was an older style, but it was extremely clean and quaint! our server was super sweet and in a way that was not fake, but seemed to be sincerely enthusiastic about the place! That makes for the best service!
We ordered the Mama V’s spinach dip which was rich, flavorful, and the bread was amazing. We also ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The suace was amazingly flavored and savory, the cheese was perfect, and it was some of the best crust I have ever had on a pizza. We also order a slice of strawberry cake to go because we were too full to eat it there, and it was the most moist cake that was sweet, but also not so overly sweet that my husband who hates sweets could still eat some. Also a large pizza feed both me and my husband and we still had leftovers!
We noticed that toward 3 aclock they became busier and took reservations so I would suggest doing that for the peak eating times. Some people in other reviews complained about the wait, but I would personally wait two hours to have that pizza again. Definitely our new go to place when are back in Branson.
This is the absolute best pizza I have ever had and believe me I’ve tried 1000s of pizza places. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Everything on the menu is made in house and is super delicious. The worst thing is we tried it while we were in Branson for vacation,we live in Az so it takes a bit for me to get here but I will definitely be returning and eat here every time I’m in the area HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🍕🔥
