This restaurant was open on Christmas Eve so we were prepared to eat without complaint because there weren’t many options but we were so happy we tried it. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. The food was good. We ordered the All Meat pizza and 5 cheese pizza. Very good. The place is painted and decorated in firefighter theme. There is a bunch of firefighter uniforms that guests can try on and take photos in. The service was fast and the employees were kind and attentive.

We made a special trip from our cabin at Table Rock Lake to come try the pizza here based on the recommendation of a friend who went to College of the Ozarks. As a firefighter I was excited to check out the old gear and the plethora of patches around the building. As a whole the food was rather underwhelming and the staff that we dealt with weren’t exactly the nicest. It was a bit awkward when we walked in and got stared at by the workers in the front who were folding boxes. Not sure if it was just a bad day or what, but the employee that we ordered with felt standoffish and almost put out that we were there. The food came out relatively fast and we definitely appreciated that they had a few gluten free options on the crust. As a whole the pizza wasn’t anything particularly special. The breadsticks were definitely a bit of a letdown. Not sure if they’re made in house or if they come frozen, but they didn’t have much flavor and left a lot to be desired. As a whole I’m not sure that we’d come back. I had brought in a patch from my fire department, but didn’t end up leaving it since it was awkward up front with the employee when we ordered, and I didn’t want to put her out any more. Overall I’d give the food somewhere around 3.5/5, the service somewhere around a 3/5, and the atmosphere around a 4.5/5. Overall we were somewhere around a 3.5/5 total on this visit, so I’ll round up to 4/5.

We were amazed by the service, however the pizza speaks for itself. The pizza has amazing homemade seasoned crust and is sooooooo cheesy. 10/10 would come again! We ordered 2 large pizzas for 7 people and had leftovers! Awesome

Nice place with a quaint location, great atmosphere, and attentive and friendly employees. There is plenty of firemen's gear to try on if you want and, maybe most importantly, the food was great too! We had the meat specialty pizza and garlic bread sticks. We would frequent here if we lived nearby.

This place was awesome! I built my own calzone ( pepperoni & bacon) & it was freaking gigantic! I only got the medium, but it was huge! They had tons of toppings to choose from, & the marinara was amazing! The atmosphere was really cool, with all the tributes to firefighters. It's definitely a spot I'll be returning to!

We were in Branson last week for a well deserved vacation. Looking for a local place to eat is always on our agenda. Hollister was only a few minutes drive, and WOW was it worth it!! Friendly staff, awesome firehouse theme (lots of memorabilia to look at) and the kicker?? Mike's Hot Honey on the table for your pizza! Cheesesticks & pizza were both amazing. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and up for a great meal.

A lovely tribute to our firefighters. Food was really good, cozy Christmas atmosphere and decor that honors firefighters. Just outside of Branson area in Hollister. Take the time to find this gem!

Exceptional local pizza spot with a fun firemen theme the workers even dress like firemen. I ordered the lunch special for $9.99 you had a choice between a mini pizza (4 mini slices), pasta and sandwich with a side salad and drink. I ordered a pepperoni and the slices of pepperoni were good sized. Overall very tasty pizza and salad. I recommend drizzling hot honey on your pizza. If in Hollister or by the landing give Hook and Ladder a try.

The pizza was excellent and the atmosphere was so cool! You can try on the fire fighter gear. There are badges all over the walls from different fire stations around the US.
