Arby's

The food was great. However, having only one person take the order and do the register while 3 other people stand around and wait created an extraordinary long line. I waited at least 10 min before I could even place my order. Then another 10 min for my order, which was very small. Please remember this us supposed to be fast food.

Best fast food restaurant is Arby' s. Rueben good. Grand Turkey good. Turkey and Swiss good. Roasted Beef good. Potato Wedge good. Always buy something to eat there and something to take home. Working there gets you half price food. That's 5 Rueben Sandwiches for 12 dollars for employees. Grundy is a fast food desert. Arby' s is a welcome site for me.

Sorry Arby's that I can't do better than 3 stars. Food is always fresh and hot, service is usually friendly and prompt...so you'd think I'd give you atleast four if not five stars. Well; your breakfast menu already blows as it is, but when you tell me at 9:30am. on a Tuesday that you are out of biscuits (one of three breakfast sandwich breads offered) then the register lady rudely barks out "pick something else", you're lucky the lunch and dinner menus even get you 3 stars. 1). I don't want "sourdough", sourdough is a gamble---it could be soft and chewy with rock hard crusts, or just plain rock hard. I don't care to take that gamble. 2). Croissants are a dime a dozen and flavorless, and you only offer two different croissant breakfast sandwiches, and I don't want either of them. So when you spew the phrase "pick something else" I did....I went into the store and bought a honey bun and chocolate milk, and hit the road. Oh; I'll be back...but it WON'T be for breakfast. And hopefully Grumpy Grandma won't be running the register.

The employees here are hard working and at times, they are short staffed but they do their very best to keep up with the orders coming in be it Walk in or drive through. The customers need to understand that when it is very busy and they are low staffed, anger and vicious words towards the employees needs not to happen. It's the Managers Job to speak with them and not allow the employees to be verbally abused!! Ive seen this happen several times. Otherwise, Arby's is a nice place to stop. 🍔🍟🍪👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Placed my order but apparently they lost it. After several people after me got their meals, I asked about mine. They first tried to give me a different order. Then after some,more timw, they got me my order (at least 1/2 hour after I ordered). When but into my sandwich I discovered it was cold. I have been to this Arby's before without problems, so this was quite disappointing.
