Wendy's

I came to this Wendy’s 3 years ago and had the best baked potato from any Wendy’s ever (I’ve had a lot of baked potatoes from a lot of Wendy’s). I hadn’t had a reason to come back to this one, but tonight, I was once again blessed. Not only is this another amazing baked potato, they were fast and the food was fresh. 2/1/22 around 7pm. Came here to have a quick bite with my son there was a new lady on the register that didn't speak much English at all and when I tried to use the app for a coupon the drive thru lady scanned it 3 times and said it went through got my receipt no coupon applied and when I asked for my money back she said it was my fault it didn't work and would have to wait for her manager that was in the restroom to get my money for my coupon but I guess you can't expect great service nowadays any ways the highlight of this trip was the kind gentleman that stepped in and paid for our meal...... There still good people out there but also ppl that don't realize what line of work they are in 😃

Yikes. I wouldn’t normally eat at Wendy’s but I went because I had some coupons that came in the mail. I presented to the cashier my coupon for “buy one get one for $1” baconator. This person rudely REFUSED my coupon, claiming that he needs to see the number on it. THERE WAS A NUMBER! Loud and clear! I told him I don’t have time for his BS and left. Wendy’s, please make sure to only hire employees who are able to read… NUMBERS. Waste of my time, don’t ever send any more coupons if your employees can’t figure out how to navigate one.

The food made me exclaime! Bon appetite!!! French accent included. I've been to a lot of Wendy's in my day and this one took the cake. Noah was so funny and personable taking our order and the other employees were smiling the whole time! It's been a long day at work digging ditches (that's legit what I do) and all I wanted was a sandwich that had no beef missing,(where's the beef!?) They had the beef and I'm talking meat not a disagreement. It was agreeable. this Wendy's delivered FULL SEND NO CAP.

Frequent here several days a week every week as it it close to my office. Customer service is usually really really great. Today I only got hands out of a window. Not a single person said anything to me at the window- zero acknowledgedment- not even eye contact. They were busy taking to each other laughing having a great time hanging out. I could have probably just driven off without paying for my order and no one would have noticed. Also, no straw for my drink or napkins- not that I could have got anyone's attention to get one.

Drive thru is so slow! I couldn’t believe how long it took for the drive thru to take. This was also at 230 pm on a Wednesday, so I cannot fathom what it would be around lunchtime. Hire more workers or for bloody sake open your dining area! The v**** isn’t going away so might as well open since most places have! Absolutely ridiculous.
