What a hidden gem! We stopped in while we were staying on Squam Lake and we were thoroughly impressed. From beautiful gifts and trinkets to groceries to delicious sandwiches, salads, paninis, and prepared foods! They also have a great wine selection and DELICIOUS lattes and coffees and breakfast. If you’re in the area, you have to stop in. If you have kids, be sure to stop in for an ice cream cone! What a lovely and quaint spot! We adored it.
My family and I came here for the first time to grab some lunch and we had an amazing experience. First off, the customer service and staff were amazing. The cashier happily conversed with us, and was very patient with us while taking our large order. It was very busy when we visited, and we were told it would be a 15 minute wait for all of the food, but that was cut down to around a 5 minute wait. I cannot stress how kind and accommodating the staff was during our visit. We had some parts of our order that didn’t get put in the bag that we had to come back for, and the cashier happily accommodated us and provided us with the missing items. The sandwiches were delicious, along with the cookies and macaroons. We haven’t had macaroons that good until we came here. If you are trying to find a nice place to eat breakfast or lunch, I definitely recommend here!
A very convenient store to get food. They have sub, wraps, sandwiches, dessert, and ice cream... All fresh... A good place to stop by for breakfast to go.... Yes, you can have fresh hot coffee here. They also have wine selections here. A lot of parking spots and easy to access. A nice breakfast stop!!....
Absolutely love this place! We live just a little down the road and go here regularly for coffee, pastries and/or sandwiches. Their food and coffee are great, they always have a different bakery selection, and all the other goods they're selling are really nice and high quality as well!
I love this place. The deli and food options were perfect. Wine selection and thoughtful souvenirs were great. The staff was very tidy and super friendly. This is a MUST VISIT if you are near Squam Lake at all
We loved this place! We came all three days we were in the area! They have breakfast and lunch sandwiches, all are great! The ice cream sandwiches are amazing! They also have a coffee bar with full coffee menu and pastries which are incredible.
Delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches. And baked goods. And espresso drinks. And fancy cheese, wine and beer. Basically everything you need for a picnic on the island. It gets busy ... But you can order ahead online.
There's also a selection of gifts to make family members and/or friends jealous of your trip to squam.
Had a chicken salad sandwich, and the fiance had an Italian sub. When I tell you that was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my entire life, I mean it. 100% will be going out of my way to come back here.
Outstanding Peruvian coffee, donuts and bagels; superb, friendly service and great selection of micro brews. Will be returning for lunch after a hike!
Great coffee, charming and friendly wait staff, and home of the best pumpkin chocolate chip cookie I've had in my lifetime. Excited for my next visit.
