Chipotle Mexican Grill

It'd be great if they had a daily special/meal for the price of one burrito. $8.00. Otherwise cut the the price a bit. By a dollar would be nice and more for kids (like mine) who only want rice, steak, cheese, not the kids meal. And smidge more meat. Now "El Famous Buritto" is the BEST. Once you go there you'll go nowhere else.

My sister ordered deliver at 11:15ish today and when our order arrived a little after 12:00 we opened our bowls to the smalles portions I’ve ever seen let alone from a chipotle. So my sister called in feeling taken advantage of. They then proceeded to have her “pick up more food”. So, when I finally got home with our “corrected order”, it felt like the meat was served out of a refrigerator it was so COLD. I mean I understand that it wouldn’t be HOT, do to the drive home. But I’m almost positive it was just sitting out getting cold the whole time I was on my way to pick it up. So not only did we end up paying a delivery fee and tip for no reason(I had to drive out there to get it anyway) but the food we now have is inedible.

Just called and asked to speak to the manager. Fernando said ok, and he left the phone off the hook. I waited 8 minutes before hanging up. I decided to call again and specifically ask to talk to Sean. Maybe then I'd get through quickly. But the phone was still off the hook, so the line was busy. That'll make it hard for customers to let them know they're outside trying to pick up their order. I called almost 30 minutes ago. The line is still busy.
