Mariano's

I remember the last time where we stopped by in this store to buy something that we needed while we are on a trip. The store is clean and it is easy to find anything because everything is well organized. We just needed a few snacks and drinks and the store has a wide selection of it including the snacks which are our favorite. I went to the prepared foods section hoping to find some good and hot meal but I saw the nice selection of fresh fruit bowls and I decided to buy it instead. We did not take long in the checkout, there is a line but the staff in there is good at his job. Also, the staff in there is actually friendly. I went here for maybe a few minutes and I never seen or experience something negative. The prices are fair and reasonable and their selection of products are quite nice. The fresh fruit bowl I bought was seriously fresh. I got the assorted one and me and my friends really enjoyed it while we are on the road that time.

I can always depend on Mariano's having everything on my list. In today’s market that is remarkable! Thank you Mariano's Easy and accessible for anyone in the area. Never had a problem going here. it was on point employee. All of them are friendly and courteous. It makes me feel welcomed and willing to help you all the times. The meats, chicken and beef are always perfect, nice fresh cuts. Excellent deli counter, huge selection of cold cuts and prepared foods. And has a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables too and even the baked goods have a lot of variety to choose from. Great experience shopping here. It was impressively store. The customer service was top notch.

After being able to have my groceries in this store for a few times, I must say that the store is nice when it comes to their selection like produce, bakery and on meat. It was actually overall nice but these three definitely stands out based on my own experience. I cannot say that they are great because it is also a hit or miss considering the times I experienced where products are out of stock and also there is a time and it just happened once when I bought an expired product and good thing it is not food because it will gonna be a huge problem if it was a food and I was able to eat it. Those are just my negative experience and most of the time I really had a nice grocery experience in here. The store is clean, well-lit and organized most of the time. I like their produce because it is always fresh as well as their meat and bakery. The staffs are also friendly especially the butcher who would recommend anything that is really a good option if you do not know much about buying meats in the grocery like me. Their bakery is what I also like about them and I personally love their pastries, it is always fresh and delicious.

This is a fairly good grocery store. Decent selection and a helpful staff. The meats aren’t quite as good since Kroger bought them out but I still eat here often. I like that you can pick your meat out from the butcher and they will cook it up for you free of charge. There’s a little section you can eat at as well. They also have a nice floral department.

Terrible customer service. Cannot believe the rudeness from the employee and the manager tonight at this location. I've worked at stores and in customer service for 15 years. Never would my managers allow any of us employees to act so rude to a customer for checking out 4 min past closing. The manager at 2 min past 10pm "I have to ask you to leave"....who says that at a grocery store? I had to have a worker help me get an item and it took him a while to come by me. Otherwise I would have checked out mins before closing. I understand that workers now want to leave the second it hits closing time, so I guess it's aggravating to be there for a few extra minutes. But how dare them act so poorly to a customer who is apologizing to them. The check out lady was so rude and the manager stood right there while she acted like that. Maybe corporate should have a meeting on customer service for this location. Because they are failing.

I have had nothing but problems with their pharmacy ever since I started going there. They don’t fill prescriptions until you call and ask them to, and even then they’re never ready on time. People stand in line forever waiting for other customers to get done telling their life story to the pharmacist and no one does anything about it, so I’m just gonna start going somewhere else. Done with this place.
