Came in didn't accept my card. Ask my bank whats wrong and they said that they don't trust the business. Go somewhere else as it seems they are not excepting legit bank cards only fake it seems

Coffee wasn't hot. Told staff member and he immediately brewed a fresh batch. Shook my hand and gave me a hug. Best 7/11 experience ever!

Terrible. There were so many people there and of course, the lady decided to follow me around as if I were stealing. Mind you, my hands were full with my keys,y huge phone, my wallet, etc. I couldn't even grab the beef jerkie I wanted, but they didn't follow my boyfriend around. I was just trying to get something small to bring to the hospital cos I was visiting my bfs mother. Last thing I needed was to be immediately followed around all over the place. No hi, no can I help you find anything, nothing. She racially profiled me and it is sickening. Meanwhile I actually saw 2 ppl walk out without paying! I made sure I said something when thr manager was present. I'm sure they looked back at the tapes and saw they followed thr wrong person. I, nor my family and friends are never going there again.

Staff members are so unfriendly and disrespectful, when I was asking if they have a nasal spray they seemed like they don't even care to look if they have or not, and they were talking and laughing with each others not caring about what I'm even saying,
They need to improve their customer service skills.
