Starts with One liner "need some cleanness and proper spaces in meat and veggies containers".
Not sure why most of the Chipotle keep the veggies and meat containers so close and next to each other. Why they forget veggies has to be veggies, there is a chance of meat fall in veggie container while filling bowl or wraps. Chicken and meat eaters its ok, but not for vegetarians.

I’m not usually the person that posts reviews on any places, but with the experience I had with this Chipotle today, I felt like I had to post something about it.
So I ordered a chicken bowl and a side of chips through the app and it told me that my order would be ready for pickup at around 2:20. I arrive at around 2:18 to pick up my food and my food doesn't come out until 2:30. This I understand because they were a bit short staffed in the front, but as I get my food, I find that my chips aren’t in the bag and asked the lady at the register where my chips are? To which she replies that they didn’t have chips and just told me to get a refund online. This I also didn’t care as much about because its just a bag of chips, but still pretty annoyed because my order came out 10 minutes late.
After getting my order, I had no time to eat at the location because I had a train to catch and as I got to the station and looked at my order, I find that my order is completely wrong and the bowl looking as if it was half eaten or swept to the side because there was not enough food inside the bowl. Either way, this is completely unacceptable and I’d advise everyone to not order from this location because clearly they lack the understanding of good customer service.
TLDR: Food came out late, didn’t get my chips, mediocre service, and got a completely different item from what I ordered looking half tossed around like a football

Visited regularly over the past few months. Please do a better job of teaching employees to wrap burritos. I get takeout orders to eat at another time, and way too frequently ingredients spill around the inside of my bag from the employees' inability to fully seal a bowl or properly wrap a burrito. Very frustrating.

This is the second time I’ve ordered A salad to be delivered. They sent a 1/4th full bowl with NO lettuce 8 pieces of steak and rice. Then when you call no one answers. Chipotle in Hoboken… Do better!

Gave me half a scoop of chicken and when I asked to get a full scoop, said and I quote “do you want extra chicken then?” I said no but I still ended up getting charged for the extra chicken. Usually this location isn’t horrible with portions but damn ~27$ for just 2 bowls of rice and toppings.

I never do this. ever. but this location is horrible. Is it closing?? because if not maybe it should. It doesn't even seem to be open anyway. I went last night- completely closed. I've gone in the afternoon. completely closed. I've tried to order pickup from them, completely out of rice. What is going on here?

Environment was nice, but the employees demeanor left so much to be desired. The employees seemed distracted and disinterested in being there. There was one who seemed friendly and nice.

I ordered food on uber eats I spent $20.70 and my bowl was fulled of lettuce I barely had rice nor chicken im not satuisfied.
