Bad service. Staff is rude. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and it tasted or looked nothing like it. It was just milk and Crushed ice. Today when I went in, I was waiting for my order and I could see flies on the display food. And they are always short of food or some add-ins.

I am convinced that this store is not even a Starbucks store. If you try and order ahead, there is a 75% chance that the order ahead function is turned off. If the mobile app is off, you can safely assume that the store is closed. It does not matter what the hours are. The staff randomly closes the store - the ‘temporarily closed’ sign is on their door at all times. The place is disorganized, the baristas are lazy and it is dirty. There are flies everywhere. Their mobile pick up system sucks, and if you can’t figure it out THEY will YELL at YOU. Go to literally any other Starbucks in Hoboken and it will be far more pleasant.

Super disatisfied today. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. I waited for a few minutes. Then waited and waited and waited and waited and waited then waited some more for my hot chocolate. The hot chocolate tasted like a large cup of nothing. No flavor to it. I know that are at work and probably give 2 hoots that we are on our way to work. Now I will be honest the service is good on most days and the food matches the service but not today. I swear if it was not for the kightskin pretty black woman that made the drinks today, I would have really been offended. LMBO.
With all that being said I hope they work out the kinks and I'll be back

The store is incredibly disorganized and opened over an hour late (was posted on the door they would open at 7am, yet they unlocked the door st 6:59am to tell the folks waiting it wouldn’t be until 7:30. Really disappointing - wouldn’t go again unless I was truly desperate. Staff was rude and defensive rather than being at all helpful.

I went in just before closing bought 2 stay hot containers and had them filled. So basically $60 and was so disappointed that the coffee was literally luke warm at best. However, went back in and they remade them for me, so I still give them 4 stars

I order a decaf coffee!! And they bring me a regular coffee!!! When I tested it and something about the taste didn't taste like decaf I asked and they said: " we don't have decaf ! So we put a regular coffee! If you want decaf you have to wait a few minutes" I got so mad they didn't even realize that they made me drink caffeine.
A few minutes later they brought me my decaf with a gift card.

Solid coffee, great staff. And by that I mean they are working hard to make my experience noticeably different from some other coffee shop. Clean, great vibe from the interior space. The earned my patronage, and I’m grateful for the experience 🙏

Consistently ridiculously long wait times. I typically place my online order 40 min in advance. The baristas are very nice despite a very frustrated crowd of people. I will often leave the location and come back because the wait is so long and it’s so crowded. It would be great if the wait time in the app was accurate so I’d at least know when to go and not waste time for what is supposed to be convenient food
