Went here with family a week and a half ago! Employee, Jerry, was amazing and a true charmer. Very generous and hard working. He was super fast with his chopping skills, but presentation was overall super neat. The store itself was also neat. Great store! Loved the "Berry Me Baby."

My piece of advice would be -put less stuff on top of the açaí bowl. It doesn’t need to be cluttered like that with random fruit and coconut ? You didn’t think about the taste at all. I could barely get to the açaí and when I did it tasted like it was made with tap water. I didn’t say anything to my brother and he agreed. I’m Brazilian and I know good açaí. This wasn’t it. Do better for your customers.

ordered online at 9:33 pm, apparently they don’t accept online orders after 9:30 pm, but they don’t state that online. so i went to the store unknowingly just for them to tell me in person that they cancelled my order. i gave it a few days to get my money back for 4 bowls just to realize they still took the money out.

Love the bowls and smoothies but every single I order and ask for extra Nutella they don’t give it but they sure do charge me for it. I think it’s the employees they just not committed to good customer service and food preparation

I loved my bowl. Much better than what I got at Playa Bowls and better priced too. I made my own for $9 with Acai, 3 fruit toppings, granola (which was soo yumm btw), coconut flakes, Nutella and almond butter (+ $0.75). I felt like the Acai was a little too frozen and later became a bit runny but the fruits were fresh and all other toppings were perfect!

Great food, friendly staff in a cool neighborhood that gives you small town feels in a big city! The Acai was good - just sweet enough but not too sweet, with a creamy texture. They are also generous with toppings which is nice because everyone likes toppings in every single bite and that's what you get here. Highly recommend topping your bowl with almond butter as its fresh and nutty flavor compliments the fruity sweetness from the rest of the bowl perfectly!

I’ve tried my fair hand of açaí bowls, and I have to say that this establishment blew it out the park. The great customer service from the staff is what made it my automatically my go to spot. I had a conversation with a nice young man Jerry and he made sure I left satisfied.

Would rate lower* didn’t get to try any açaí but the smoothie was terrible. Any respectable place that sells smoothies shouldn’t put CANNED DOLE pineapple juice in a smoothie. I literally would’ve been happier with a watered down smoothie. Please never put canned fruit into “healthy” smoothies. But yeah, the smoothie tasted like back of the freezer months old frozen fruit and a sugar overload from Dole. Up the price of smoothies if it means using quality ingredients.
