Hudson Table

Came from for a cook class called "A Morning in Mexico". It was a fantastic experience! Chef Kelly was wonderful as she guided you through the process. I learned how to chop an onion up, correctly for the first time in my life. The best part was eating the food that you made. At our table we had another couple that we worked with so it was nice meeting new people.

This review is retroactive to my experience at Hudson Table in January. I absolutely loved the Handmade Pasta class taught by Gene and his crew. The class had the perfect mix of instruction and hands on work. The staff were all super helpful, patient, and personable. We made three pasta dishes, all by hand. Pappardelle alla Bolognese, Shrimp Scampi Fettuccine (best dish by far!), and Spinach Ricotta Ravioli with Pesto Genovese. Between prepping, preparing, and, of course, eating the food, it was the perfect activity for a couple or a small group. Not cheap but worth every penny in my opinion. And it's BYOB!

This is the most incredible business I’ve ever worked with in my home. The food was better than restaurant quality, fresher than anything you could get anywhere. Served and plated beautifully. It’s the most delicious food I’ve put in my mouth during the entire pandemic. Literally. Let’s talk about the service, it was the perfect blend of professional, warm and genuine. These are people you want in your home. I can’t stress enough how amazing they made my son’s first birthday. They allowed me to actually enjoy the party. It’s been 2 days since the event and I’m still in overwhelmed by what an incredible experience I had with Hudson Table. I could go on for much longer talking about each chef individually, I mean, they each were perfection. I’ll end here by saying, they provided me, my family and friends, with an experience that we’ll never forget. Thank you Hudson Table, you are a diamond business.

Beautiful space, friendly staff, but the owner couldn't be more heartless and out of touch with the current climate. We reserved a beautiful room to host our wedding's rehearsal dinner in April. Due to the state guidelines, they can no longer accommodate the size of our party in that room. Because of this, we're forced to seek out an alternative venue. We requested the return of our deposit since they aren't able to fulfill our agreement, and instead we were offered either a gift card or a different space outdoors. The owner shared how much their business is hurting, and that I can understand. Lots of people are hurting right now and the idea that a business would put what seems to be a small sum of money to their bottom line above doing the right thing for a couple dealing with wedding costs during this tough time is sad. I was hoping to never leave a bad review on here, but sometimes there are no other options. In no way am I suggesting not to patronize this establishment, just think twice before leaving a deposit for an event. Even if the terms change on their end, they offer no recourse. In response to your response: Your refund policy clearly states that “classes are non refundable”. We didn’t book a class and you changed the event space that we reserved making it impossible for us to hold our event there. The fact that it took you 3 months to respond to this review shows your level of customer service. We’ll see you in court
