The food was tasty, had good flavor, cooked appropriately and portion size was perfect. I didn’t really LOVE the Chocolate cake slice, to me, it could be a little richer in flavor. The calamari was also not the best, too small and crumbly and the dipping sauce was okay. We had to make reservations in advance, it seems like the place is always busy. I would definitely go back to try other dishes and drinks.

This restaurant was amazing! Their seafood is delicious! Food tastes fresh and the ambiance is cozy and low lit. Perfect for couples!! The bar area is great for friends. We had the buttery lobster roll, the spicy garlic shrimp, old bay fries and the fried calamari. So much goodness!! Drinks were “grandpas old cough medicine” and a J vineyard Chardonnay. Perfect pairings for seafood dishes!! Love it & will b back again!!! However - they should really consider serving something else besides ruffles alongside a lobster roll!!

The lobster Mac and cheese was amazing. The calamari was perfect we had to order another round. Oysters fresh on ice and half off special for the day. Clam shower Soup had bits of bacon in it, very nice touch. The Moscow mule I ordered was spot on. Service was on point. Very nice place inside and outside. I recommend outside.

Great happy hour until 6. Half off sparkling wine and oysters. Great selection of oysters. The food was ok. Not very seasoned. I was not impressed with seating. I made reservations as soon as the restaurant opened. We were sat in probably the worst seat (outdoors and table was on a slant) I informed staff and asked to change tables to one of the other outside tables, since no one was there and we were the only ones outside. Staff informed us that they could not accommodate us because of other reservations. However the other reservations were not there and how would they know which table they have? Do people reserve specific tables ? I was annoyed and was not pleased with how this minor situation was handled.

My fiancé and I LOVE coming here. Best oysters in Hoboken hands down, and really great cocktails, but above all else the service is always great. Super friendly staff. The owner even introduced himself to us once and gave us his personal recommendations on the oyster options that day. Made us feel welcome and connected to the place. Highly recommend this spot!

Happy Hour for cocktails is not included on Sundays. Even though they advertise it as such. Great oysters but if you’re expecting one price and end up with another, it’s a punch in the gut. Food, drink and service were good. Go for the Nova Scotia oysters!

This was pretty good! I had a lobster roll which is always a bit of a shot in the dark because you know you’re paying a high price but is it going to be worth it? This place delivered! Oh and the fries were tasty too!

Yummm oysters, lobsters, and clams OH MY.
I used to come here a lot more often about 3 years ago. Pre covid. Not going to lie thought it wouldn’t be the same after pandemic, but I was mistaken. Had a great mezcal cocktail sooo good. Had the mini seafood tower, oysters and clams so freshhh but ugh only reason why its getting 4 stars is the lobsters toughness :/
