Barnacle Bills is the place to go on the island when you want fresh from the boat seafood! We take a 2 week vacation and this place is one of our top stops every year! Friendly atmosphere even better product! If you want the best seafood to cook at home this is the place to go! They remember us every year that says something about customer loyalty! Amazing prices! There's no place on the island like it! Shout out to Greg and his workers for doing a phenomenal job providing the best damn seafood on the island!
Highly recommend this place for locally caught fresh fish and shrimp. The best fresh shrimp and they will clean them for you! The shrimp literally just came off the boat. Can’t get any fresher than that! They were super helpful in deciding the best fish for my family. (Local Wreckfish and local wahoo) They also will be opening a food truck soon and we will be back to taste their yummy food
Yearly visit to Hilton Head with the wife and kid. Decided to buy some fresh fish to cook instead of go out this year. Barnacle Bobs has the goods! Super nice guy. Got my favorite fish Red Snapper, caught in Beaufort. Doesn’t get much fresher than this. Simple lemon caper sauce. Highly recommend this place if you’re in town.
We usually stopped by every year when we have vacation at Hilton Head to get fresh seafood!! We got jumbo shrimps and Mahi Mahi 4 lbs. They are so fresh,delicated and delicious!!. Mahi Mahi is unbelivable taste!! My kids usually dont eat Mahi Mahi. I let them try grilled Mahi and shrimp with obay seasoning. They just love it!! 🤩

We stopped by today and Trudy helped us. She was so friendly, made us feel very welcome. We got a pound of fresh shrimp. Definitely will go back and get more fresh seafood
Barnacle Bill's Fresh Seafood: the name says it all. It's seafood at its freshest. If you're wanting to find something recently caught in the waters near Hilton Head Island, this is the place. You can buy cheaper fish, but you wont find fresher fish. On our recent visit we picked up some Red Snapper and cooked it on our outdoor grill with a little Old Bay seasoning. It couldn't have tasted any better! The person helping us at Barnacle Bill's was friendly and the place accepts credit cards for payment. Be aware, however, that they may run out of some seafood selections later in the day.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Barnacle Bill's is consistently amazing. They have the freshest seafood available at very reasonable prices. Greg and his team are honest and happily answer all the questions - what to buy, how to cook it, how much you need for each person as well as make sure you have plenty of ice to get your purchase home properly. This is what it means to shop local - - the fish is always delicious and you don't leave without a smile and you can't wait to go back again.
Got there late in the day so the selection was poor due to selling out, however she said she was getting more shrimp and grouper on about an hour. We came back and we happy we did, the fish was being processes as we spoke amd everything was fresh out of the ocean and delicious. Get there early and don't miss out!
