We have been coming here every year for our wedding anniversary for the last 4 years. We always have a great experience from the service to the food. We celebrated our 4year anniversary last night and both our waiters were amazing and very attentive. They even gave us a special treat to celebrate which meant a lot to us. We highly recommend. -Familia Pagán
Fast and friendly service. Started with the queso, salsa and chips. The queso was delicious. I had the painted desert soup and outrageous chimichanga and both were both amazing. The ribeye was also great. The seasoning on the sweet potato fries a little strong. Overall a good experience and I will be back.
Server Kevin was great. Don’t be fooled by the size of the $50 King Cut Bone in blackened ribeye. Size doesn’t always equal good. It’s like chewing on a leather boot. Very poor quality grade meat.
Okay this was definitely the best Southwest restaurant I have ever been to. The ribeye burrito was amazing with huge chunks of ribeye inside. I like the house margaritas too. We didn't have a reservation so we got put at the bar where you actually watched them cook the food. That was a great experience.

Possibly the best porch chips I’ve ever had. Soup was amazing. Drinks were fantastic.
Was a nice place to eat. No complaints. Great wait staff and the food portions were very large. The food was better than your typical texmex you get at the regular run of the mill Mexican restaurant. The portions were so big that most couples at our table split their main courses. One had the burrito and another had shrimp tacos. Both were excellent, and pictured below. They had a great variety of Margaritas where the majority of them didn't just include a sugary lime mix - they had actual fruit juices and liquor. Probably my favorite part of my meal. I'd recommend trying out Santa Fe Cafe.
My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and looking for a nice place for dinner. Since her favorite type of food is Mexican food, we searched for a place on the island that served that type of cuisine in a casual, comfortable setting. We hit our target with Santa Fe Cafe.
The restaurant interior is tastefully decorated with a Southwestern theme. There is indoor and outdoor seating as well as downstairs and upstairs. We were seated at a nice table for two and were quickly greeted by our server who took our drink order. She was friendly and attentive throughout our meal.
To start off, we ordered Chili Con Queso and a Santa Fe Salad. The salad was delicious, what I would call a taco salad, consisting of greens, beans, ground beef, and cheese with a cilantro dressing. The cheese dip (the main element in the Chili Con Queso) was warm, creamy, and oh, so good! The salsa that also accompanied the appetizer was mild with the taste of fresh tomatoes and cilantro.
For dinner my wife ordered the Outrageous Chimichanga. The tortilla was packed full of beef, chicken, and lots of other good stuff, then fried to a golden brown. It was then topped with a nice dollop of guacamole and placed upon red and green chile sauces. She loved it!
There was nothing on the menu that I would not have enjoyed, but I decided upon the Filet and Shrimp Enchilada. The filet mignon had a pleasant mesquite flavor and was perfectly cooked. The enchilada was stuffed with plump grilled shrimp and cheese and topped with a tasty sauce. And the garlic mashed potatoes were silky smooth and flavorful. The meal was outstanding!
We left the restaurant completely satisfied with the experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food was excellent, and the service was very good. We eagerly look forward to a return visit to this great Southwestern establishment!
Had an excellent meal with 2 friends. Sat on the rooftop where there are multiple heaters if needed. The fresh quacamole with chips and salsa is wonderful. Fish tacos with grouper pleasantly spicy with a side of rice and beans. The chimichanga had a mix of beef and chicken with red sauce and green chilis sauce. Huge portions. Our waiter was Chris who made great recommendations and enhanced our meal with info about the island. I did miss the musician that played the guitar and sang so beautifully from a previous visit. Highly recommend this restaurant and Chris.
We had a lovely dinner here. Nice southwestern theme and the food is very good. Great use of the sauces to add a little kick to each meal. The outrageous chimichanga was great and a little surprising with a chicken and beef mix. Great presentation. Green chile stew was amazing as well. Very attentive service as well.
Lovely food. Recommend the ceviche and the Grouper. Desserts also amazing - chocolate mousse & pistachio cheesecake made by the Chef's mother-in-law. Inside a bit loud during dinner, would love to return and sit outside in warmer weather
