This place has the best Mai Tai we have ever had, made with fresh juice and not purée. The food is also delicious. Friendly staff.

Ended up going there twice during out stay it was that good
The waitstaff were really good.
Second visit had the syrup in the coke run out so the made sure I got a fresh one with the filter change and when that still didn't work offered to change it to anything else I wanted
The starter dip was amazing.
But the mains all so good. Even had advice on what would make the meals better
Was a little tired but thats the only down side everything else there was amazing

LOVED the Coconut Banana Mac Nut Pancakes. Also got the punalu'u omelette with the Hilo Fried Rice as a side. Fried Rice was really good. Plus delicious banana bread

The food was quite expensive for the overall average experience. I found everything to be quite average at this place.
The lack of coasters and the water just running on the table shows that they don't pay much attention to detail.
However, I must say that I expected the shrimps (only 4 of them) to be too little food but in the end I was really full.

Very beautiful interior with huge windows and Hawaiian decor. We got seated immediately at 10am on a Sunday (very busy day for breakfast).
Food was serve really fast! Huge pancakes and big omelets. Friendly staff and overall good vibes.

We love this place for all 3 meals. Have visited multiple times and almost every time we have come to Hilo. Prices a little high but what is to be expected this close (walking distance) to the hotels. Beautiful scenery, though, during your walk. Erica was very attentive and friendly. Food always delicious and never too crowded.

So good!! We got the prime rib, prime rib sandwich (French dip), a salad and had complimentary spinach artichoke dip as an app. Service was great and quick, food was delicious!

Ate here twice while visiting. First had the macadamia pancakes. Very delicious. Interesting batter makes for a fluffy cake yet crispy around the edges.
Second I had the banana and rum waffle. Also very good, not as much rum sauce as I hoped but didn’t bother me.
Service is nice. Sometimes you have to grab their attention, but everyone is friendly and helpful and eager to give you a great experience.
