Burger King

I've been to this location two times in the past couple months. The first time I noticed that none of the exterior lighting was on and it was 9pm. The parking lot and drive-thru were creepily dark. I just thought maybe it was a fluke. I visited again last night at 8:30pm and again none of the parking lot lights or lights on the outside of the building were on. Not even the road sign was lit. Please get this fixed. This is a safety issue for both your employees and your customers.

First impression really makes a difference. My first visit to this location was a horrific. The young lady, who waited on me, was short at the drive thru. She was not friendly. Once I arrived at the second window, I noticed she was on her cellphone, engaged in a personal conversation. She gave me my bag and closed the window, without uttering a word. This is not the kind of person to be serving customers. I doubt if I will ever visit this location again.

Why are they so under staffed? Also I got an open sauce in my bag don't know how that happened. I feel like if you work in the fast food business you shouldn't get upset with customers for ordering because you could have easily applied for a job that you do not have to do customer service. I got marinara sauce with my jalapeno bites

Very short staffed. Get your boy some help! I stopped in an hour before closing tonight and I think the same guy taking orders and manning the window may also have been making the orders too, because myself and the car ahead of me were immediately pulled ahead past the window to wait for our order. Only leaving a 4 star review because I know it wasn't his fault, so give him all the credit

Only bad thing I can say is, the drive thru was the slowest one I've ever been through, but I can honestly say that this Burger King is the best one I've ever eaten at, I have never had a burger that was as hot and fresh as the one I got from here, and the fries were great too. I would definitely go back when I'm in town, but I believe I will go in and order next time. 4 star's because of how slow the drive thru was.

Been going to this restaurant since I was a kid, the lady that me and my family knows was nice but on June 28th, 2022 at 11:30am I had ordered my food through drive thru, picked it up and left. Missing part of my order with someone else’s food in the bag as well. Once I got home I called to get it fixed and my sandwich to be remade as plain. The manager or lady who I spoke to on the phone was very rude and said that “No, I will not re make your sandwich because it is a waste of ingredients.” No one in a restaurant should ever be saying that they cannot fix someone’s order because it’s a waste of ingredients just fix it and move on. I have worked in fast food and is a manager in fast food and I never say anything like this! I called Burger Kings Corporate.

There's no kind way to put this review...because this location does not live up to the name the franchise has worked to create. On this trip, I gave a simple order 2 for $4 sausage egg and cheese croissant. The customer service in drive thru was terrible...the cashier never gave me my total or told me which window to come to. Then failed to put my change in my hand...causing it to fall to the ground...never apologized for dropping the change...and closed the window as I went to retrieve it. Then to make it worse...as you see in the photos...the sandwich was not the best quality...food was served to me cold... this was definitely not My Way👎🏾
