The Palladium High Point location is disgusting. I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. My grilled cheese went straight into the trash after one bite. The bread felt wet and the cheese was literally plastic-y. The place is falling apart. The drive thru menu is torn in half and the glass held together with duct tape and the overhead panels are about to fall on someone's car. I won't even go on about the employees who have the personality of a rock. I gave this location several chances and will not be returning.

The smoothie itself is wonderful, but I’m noticing a lot of drama when I go inside each time. Today, a lady around 40 in a pink shower cap was friendly to me as a paid, but in a holy terror running around angry with customers in the drive thru and ruining everyone’s morale. She took issue with an older gentleman and has become quite a risk there. I did hear her get on the drive they speaker & begin her greeting with yelling about a shift change & lack of resources. I know you’d really want to know this is crushing your much needed business revenue here. I won’t return until it’s fixed personally.

Worst restaurant ever! Never go to this tropical smoothie!!!! If I can get them is zero I would! I went There and asked for a Cajun shrimp salad with no rice and this is what I got. And when you tried to call them five times in a row it just rings and then hangs up.

I came here today at 11:30 and when I got in the manager was complaining and cussing that she was under staffed. Then when I didn’t this it could get router I waited 15 minutes for a smoothie. When I was sitting waiting I was looking around and I saw a vape near the fruit bar. Mind you a vape near food.

The smoothies here vary from shift to shift. Not proper training or employees that aren’t into health food is the problem. Spending $7 on a smoothie I expect to be able to drink through a straw, today the ice was almost not blended at all…

Crazy understaffed. Give these girls some more co-workers. They are always overwhelmed with customers and they try their best to manage. The quality of the food/smoothies would probably be better if they didn’t have to rush.

LOVE the smoothies and the new chicken flat bread with the salsa BUT I'M glad I didn't get the salsa. It was amazing without it and the young black female who served me, was amazing. I even showed my gratitude to her. She knows who she is🤑😉
