Food was decent. Grease needs to be changed though! Fries tasted fishy because of it. Place needs work! First booth they seated us in was falling apart! We asked to be moved, and the 2nd booth was almost as bad. We asked for a table then, and the chairs were very wobbly. Had to grab some from another table. Then... When we tried to order some roasted wings, waitress says that the roaster is broke. Been that way apparently for months. I feel that with all of the maintenance issues, this location may be slated for near future closing! They just don't want to spend the money on a closing location! I hope I'm wrong! We used to enjoy this location. Would like to once again! Service was good, considering what they have to work with.

We tried to call for 20 minutes and they kept picking up and hanging up. So we go to the store to order in person the 3 girls in the front are doing nothing and tell us to go order at the bar and the bar is full with no waitress. We waited for 10 minutes and also called while we were in the store and no one answered the phone and no one ever came to take our order so we left. The girls at the front didn’t move at all while they played on their phones

Horrible customer service and common sense. I placed an online order due to the fact that when I arrived at the location (25 mins later) my food would be ready. Instead, I arrived there just for them to tell me the smoker is broken and if I would like I can wait 20 more minutes just to have some that are similar to them. The think that bothered me the most is that. When you place an online order, they have your number and email. Not one pero son in the store THOUGHT TO CALL number to let me know the smoker was broken. So…. I waisted gas, time and money due to me waist of GAS. THIS PLACE JUST HAS very, very poor customer service and something should be done about asap.

I cannot explain how disappointed I am in the service at this restaurant. I would never go out of my way to leave a review but I felt like I was left with no choice. Waiters are all gathered in the same spot laughing and giggling. You even smell alcohol on some of their breaths. They are also vaping indoors which is disgusting!
