Just ordered. Our food isn’t fresh, my sesame chicken is like rubber, the rice is hard and dry, and the chicken and broccoli smells like dog food no lie. The chicken in it looks like dog food as well. The whole meal is a total loss. I will not be returning and honestly want my money back.

I never rate restaurant’s. I literally just spent over $50 in food and every single meal was the worst tasting I have ever had all the chicken was hard and rubbery. 🤮. Can not believe I wasted so much money there and my poor family is still starving And my eggdrop soup was GREEN.

Tried Dragon City the other night for the first time and was really impressed! I'm vegan, so I'm always looking for local restaurants with plant-based options, so I was shocked when my mom found an entirely vegetarian Chinese restaurant in High Point that I hadn't even heard of! I got the General Tso's 'chicken' combo, and my mom got the General Tso's Tofu combo. The sauce was rich and flavorful, and both the tofu and 'chicken' had a great texture and were fried crispy. The fried rice that comes with the combo is a little plain, but the 'chicken' egg roll was great. She's not vegan and still enjoyed the food. We ate our food at one of the tables inside because we didn't want our food to get cold on the drive home since we came from Greensboro, and while it was definitely more of a takeout restaurant, the employees were kind so we didn't feel uncomfortable eating there at all. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu! It's so exciting to have an all vegetarian Chinese restaurant in our area!

If Chinese takeout makes you think of gloppy sauces and meals that leave you feeling heavy, think again- Dragon City has changed their game to plant based cooking and it's fresh, satisfying and delicious! The plant protein 'chicken' in garlic sauce and moo goo gai pan were also loaded with perfectly cooked vegetables and each portion served us well for leftovers. The only thing I'd change would be to have plain rice instead of the seasoned to better show off the flavors of the food. The egg rolls (one of the few non vegan items on the new sustainability-conscious menu) were fantastic; substantial but not tough or greasy. We can't wait to go back and try more things - my neighbors got takeout this weekend and their whole family was delighted, too!

Delicious food! It is very exciting that we have a vegetarian Chinese restaurant in High Point! They use high quality faux meats. I ate their Chicken with garlic sauce combo platter that came with an egg roll. Looking forward to trying their other dishes.

They just recently transitioned to an all-vegetarian menu for environmental reasons and the food is fantastic! I ate their sesame “chicken” and you couldn’t tell a difference. It was yummy, tasted fresh and some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in awhile. If you’re a vegetarian or vegan in the Triad (or even a meat eater who wants to try vegetarian cuisine), Dragon City is a must-visit!

Dragon City has gone vegetarian/vegan and it's great! We ordered a bunch of different entrees and were especially pleased with the Sesame Tofu. Yum! Also love the chicken wonton and every variation of lo mein. Very satisfying.

A friend recommended this place and, since we're taking a break from meat for a while, we decided to try it. We got kung pao and Szechuan "chicken," steamed dumplings, and seaweed salad. Everything was really flavorful, portions were huge, and the prices were reasonable. We ate our fill and will probably have two meals apiece left out of our order. I can't wait to try more of their dishes.
