Wish Sawyer was more helpful and understanding. You see, after neurosurgery in November I became very sick in December so my neurologist placed me on a plant and soy diet. This in addition to being diabetic has proven to be a challenge. There are places and people who are willing to work with you and then there are places like here that couldn’t care less and refuse to assist whatsoever. No worries. There are plenty of places who are happy to serve and willing to help. I’ll choose to dine there instead. I definitely don’t recommend and won’t bother coming back.

My husband turned me on to this place. He brought home a gallon of lemonade, 2 brownies, and a cookie. Everything was GOOD. I went back on today and got another brownie and tried the King club sandwich. DELICIOUS. Only reason I didn’t walk out with a gallon of lemonade was because they sold out 😞 I most definitely will be going here more often! My kids got the same sandwich I got also and loved it.

I love this place and this my my 12 year old’s favorite place her her and Daddy to go to. My only concern this visit was that the broccoli soup was warm at best. We are used to piping hot soup. This small issue isn’t worth rating lower than 5 stars because they are perfect normally. Awesome job McAlister’s!!!!

Visited this location recently and had a great experience. The employees were pleasant and the food tasted really good. My husband's BLT was my favorite part! I'm not a fan of mustard but even the mustard that comes in the BLT was the perfect touch. We were skeptical of the strawberry lemonade at first because it looks watered down but boy were we surprised! Would be my perfect brunch spot if they served mimosas lol. I recommend visiting.

Haven't ate here in a while, but just ordered a big order for the office that I work with and the service was horrible. I know we called and asked to make a change, however, no one wanted to help. The 1st time I called, I got hung up on, when I called back everyone got really confused because I was speaking to someone different, then when we finally sat down to eat lunch the food was mediocre. They didn't send any butter or sour cream with my potato and they had run out of steak so instead of letting us know, they just sent stuff with replacements telling the person picking it up that I called too many times....I called twice, and it would have only been once if the first person hadn't hung up on me. This order was a disaster and this place needs to get it together.

They are so nice and the food is so good! We order from here a lot but this time one of our items was messed up. The manager and general manager made us a new item and brought it out to us (we ordered delivery). They were so sweet on the phone and went out of their way to make sure we got what we ordered
