Good service and friendly customer service at the drive through. They just need to do an order accuracy check before giving the bag to the customer.
I'm always missing something from my order when I go to different biscuitville locations.

They are great and fast. Their food is fresh and always right. Way better than the other Biscuitvilles around here. The biscuits are soft and buttery and the ranch is homemade. They make sure your order is correct.

THIS LOCATION IS THE G.O.A.T! customer service AND food was excellent!shout out to Crystal she was the utmost professional and kind! Shoutout to the wonderful biscuit maker, YOU GO GIRL! The food was so good! God bless the employees at this location. These are all different people from when I first came here a couple years ago& I could tell at the drive thru speaker! Loved my visit food was Fresh and hot not to mention delicious! Wonderful Customer Service and Dining Room as well as the Bathroom was very clean. Highly recommended!!!

In drive thru and waiting bc car in front talking with one of your workers about schedule and all too me very unprofessional as we wait to get our food. Its a drive thru, fast food for a reason. Our fries are cold. Then not friendly with us as we told them thanks u and have a good day, we just get our food and stared at. I think yalls customer service friendliness needs to be retrained.

First time going bk since earlier this year when I found a hair in my food. I previously gave 3 stars, will give it 5 was fresh and hit this go around and no hair, very crowded inside. Drive thru in the street. So they were really busy. Good thing to see was they had a lot of ppl working that morning.
