Qdoba Mexican Eats

What a terrible experience. I ordered nachos and got a bowl full of queso. Called to inform the manager and he said to come back so they could remake it. Went back with the food only to be in an instant back and forth with the Indian woman serving food. Telling me I didn't like it because I took to long to pick up! What?! App said it would be ready at 3:43pm...I got there at 3:46pm. Then she said I should have called to explain how I want it...when I told her I called 3 times and got no answer she now says she was working alone. I asked her "why are we going back and forth. I don't want you to try and talk me into believing I somehow made this meal bad. It's bad because you gave me a bowl full of queso!" Then she said "because it's nachos I put 4 scoops of queso". Why do nachos need 4 scoops of queso?! I told her in the picture online it's not even a bowl of soupy queso...it's everything with queso dripped on it not swimming in it. It was so soaked in queso the bowl itself got mushy and collapsed in the bag spilling queso out everywhere. SMH NEVER AGAIN!!!! I attached a pic of what I ordered and wanted vs what I got! Now you tell me that what I got wasn't a soaking wet bowl of mush!

Customer service could improve. We felt like workers don't want to serve us. Little meat served on our tacos and burrito bowls. They had to make fresh taco shells while burrito bowl got cold and soggy. It was not busy. Service was slow. Tables and floor were dirty. We had better experience at other Qdoba locations.

Portions were small and flavor was just okay. Weird atmosphere with no music playing in the dinning room. Very quiet, but not in a good way. As in, everyone is whispering because you can hear everything everyone is saying at other tables. Tables were uncomfortably close together. $12 before tax for a burrito bowl, chips, and a drink. This place could be a lot better if they thought about the customer’s experience.

04/07/2019 18:00 literally just walked out of the place. Our first experience defiantly was not pleasant. Wondering why there were no customers, we walked in and the place was FILTHY. No clean tables cleaned, empty Texas Pete bottles on the tables, floors were gross. Husband says well let’s check out the menu, give them a try. I asked what consisted of the taco salad, the young man explained, as he did I looked over the counter to see the food and all the food looked dry and old, the chicken was burnt. I told my husband to take a look and he said “Let’s go”. We left, very much doubt we will ever come back. It was disgusting and a disappointment.
