Firehouse Subs

The sandwiches here are great. My family loves the hot fresh choices. But we are constantly worried about getting sick from eating the food here. There is no way this place is passing health inspections. Everything from the floors and the tables, to the bathrooms and toilets are grimey, sticky, and gross. I'm sure if we saw the back kitchen we would never eat here again. But hey, the people are nice and we haven't gotten sick yet... so we've got that going for us...

Most likely will not eat at this location again. While we were waiting on our order the man behind the counter went outside to smoke. When he came back in he did NOT wash his hands and started making food. If it was my food I would have asked for my money back. It doesn’t matter if they are wearing gloves or not, wash your hands!

Stay away!!! We should have turned around when we walked in and the place and it was filthy. There were multiple ants at the drink machine and ice tea dispenser. There was no hand soap in the men's restroom; thus, you can assume that the employees are not washing their hands with soap. The food was bland. We were over charged and had to go back to the register and get a refund. This was an all around horrible experience. We are done with Firehouse subs!

Unhappy with food quality and taste! The Firehouse salad with grilled chicken had no flavor, and the cubed chicken was pretty low quality. The child's meatball sub had 2 meatballs in it, and though the taste was just okay there were several chunks of gristle in the meatballs. Also, men's restroom was out of order. On a positive note, the staff was helpful, and our order was correct. Just disappointed because have been here in the past, and it used to be better!

I visited this location today(1-11-22). It has been over a year since I have been to this location and prior to this visit the place was clean, neat and organized but today it was absolutely the opposite!! The place is filthy! Food crumbs and trash on floor under tables, the counter where you pick up to go orders messy with food crumbs and spilled liquids, the drink machine splattered with dried on sticky drink splashes, the drink table area where the lids and straws are was covered in spills of the day as well as dried up stained spills from God knows when! Cardboard boxes at the register counter along with boxes of vegetables out front in the floor beside register. This place gets minus star rating!! CLEAN THIS PLACE UP!!
