Products are so fresh and delicious! As someone with Celiac, a dairy and peanut allergy this place is perfect! The cookies are so moist and have a great flavor (especially the chocolate chip) and I almost cried when I saw they had pumpernickel bread! The staff is so friendly, and the prices were fair. I also tried a Blondie that was very very good. Sadly they were out of cheesecake brownies but I hope to try one next time :-)
I was having a guest from Florida for Thanksgiving. She has a Gluten free diet. I don't know anything about Gluten free diets. I was nervous I would not have much to offer and i certainly didn't want to try to make it myself. So i googled for reviews on local gluten bakeries. This one seemed to have good reviews. The day before Thanksgiving, I stopped in and bought a variety of gluten free cookies and pastries. Immediately upon tasting the cookies, we all were like, "mmmmm- yum!" I have never eaten gluten free anything and even I liked it. I couldn't tell the difference. She told me that she has never had any gluten free products so tasty. She makes most of her own bakeries and this was even better than hers. On our way to the airport - we made a stop to Allies Bakery and they bought a large basket of goodies to take home. They gave her some suggestions on the flour to use -hopefully she will be able to make some tastier treats back home. Happy ending.
Got cookies for one of my students that couldn't participate in the cookie swap. Everyone in the shop was helpful and really friendly. Everything looked so tasty. My student said the cookies were delicious! I loved how they were certified nut free and were also accommodating to other allergies like egg and milk. Would definitely go back!!!
I brought my mom here whom is allergic to gluten. They have dairy free and vegan desserts as well. I bought about $50 worth of treats and everything I tasted was delicious. Mom is always trying to get me to taste her GF foods and it is sometimes cumbersome but this time it was a real treat. The desserts at allies taste as good, if not better, than regular bakeries.
I ordered the custom logo cookies as a gift for a friend's graduation. I am not from Long Island so I was thrilled to find Allie's! Not only was the entire staff so helpful and friendly, they were able to easily perfect all the details of my order over the phone. Delivery was prompt and most importantly, the cookies were delicious (and so beautiful!)! 10/10 would recommend.
This is a dream come true for my 10 year old son. He is gluten intolerant and was missing black and white cookies of all things. My daughter and I stopped in and not only were we impressed by the selection we were impressed by the prices as well.
They have such an array of different items for everyone on your allergy list. I believe there are nut free as well and can make things dairy free.
The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
I believe the owner is gluten intolerant as well.
A place I will DEFINITELY visit again and frequently.
Most amazing GF bakery! Variety of cookies, cakes & bread. Can't wait to use the pizza dough I bought. Mini chocolate chip muffin was super moist that I ate on the way home. Knowledge staff and the confidence that the products are gluten (and other allergies too) free!
They have the best gluten/allergen free baked goods on Long Island, hands down.
I have been here several times, and each time, I've enjoyed something new, and delicious.
What's better is they are peanut and trea nut free for my daughter who must carry an epi pen wherever she goes.
They now have a loyalty program where you get rewards based on the amount you spend. This is a welcomed addition.
Alle’s GF bakery has delicious specialty bakery goods. Allie herself is a very caring person and will go out of her way to make something that’s suitable for you. The place is very clean and everyone is very nice . I recommend this specialty bakery to anyone who has special dietary needs
Outstanding customer service, completely gluten free facility, and a bunch of other allergens. I had a variety box of cookies, surprisingly I wasn't too fond of their chocolate chip cookies, but I'll definitely be ordering the jumbo not-Oreos again!
